Vuill.)而僵死的干燥全虫。
僵蚕味咸辛,性平 具有退热、止咳、化痰、镇静、镇惊、消肿等功效用于治疗癫痫、高热惊厥、流行性腮腺炎、上 呼吸道感染、遗尿等症现代药理研究发现其具抑菌、抗惊厥、抗凝、抑瘤、降血糖和降血脂等作 用,但在抑菌作用方面,尚缺乏系统的实验数据,如抑菌成分的组成、抑菌成分有效浓度、持续时 间等为此,本研究通过不同的提取方法实验对僵蚕的抑菌成分进行初步提取,并通过其对大肠杆 菌抑制作用的研究,为解析和深入研究僵蚕的抑菌药理机制提供基础数据实验结果表明超声波 95%乙醇提取浸膏得率最高;超声波水提取物的抑菌活性最高,E.coli最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为 0.625mg/mL 关键词:僵蚕;提取;大肠杆菌 Analyses on ingredients and antibacterial activity 精品 of Bombyx batryticatus Student: YANG Ying1 Tutor: WANG Dun2,TANG Guanghui2 (Northwest A&F University 1. College of Food Sciences and Engineering 2. College of Foresty Yangling Shanxi 712100) Abstract: Bombyx batryticatus are dried of the silkworm B . mori L.that infected with fungi. It has been used for the treatment of epilepsy, eclampsia, mumps, respiratory infection and enuresis. Modern pharmacological research found that Bombyx batryticatus had effects of antibacterial and anticonvulsant, anticoagulant, antitumor,hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic. However, it is lack in bio-experimental data, such as antibacterial components, effective concentration of antibacterial activity and duration of the activity. In this study, the experimental methods of abstracting the antibacterial component Bombyx batryticatus were tested, and the anti-bacterial effects of Bombyx batryticatus on Escherichia coli was determined the bioassay. The results show that the highest abstraction rate was obtained by ultrasonic abstraction with 95% ethanol, and the best antibacterial activity was from ultrasonic water abstraction with a minimum antibacterial concentration (MIC) of 0.625mg/mL.
