(c) On 16-4-2010 (Friday), (i) normal lessons will commence after 12:00 noon for F.3 students; (ii) F.4 students who do not take M1 or M2 may leave school after 12:40 p.m.; and (iii) F.4 students who take M1 or M2 may leave school after the tests. (d) On 19-4-2010 (Monday), F.4 students who take HIS will have their HIS uniform test at Rm. 111 from 3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.. ( Y.W. LOO ) ( T. M. MAK) Academic Committee Principal 附件二附件二附件二附件二 Standing Instructions for Students during Uniform Tests 1. If students are late for the tests, they will still be allowed to take it, but no extra time will be allowed. 2. If students are absent from the tests due to illness, they have to submit their parents’ letters and medical certificates to the school on the following school day. Their test marks of the subjects concerned will then be assessed on the basis of their course work. Otherwise, they will score zero mark for the tests. There will not be any supplementary test for them. 3. Students are forbidden to bring to, or take away from their desks any book, writing-paper or blotting paper. Any attempt to obtain assistance from any source will render a student liable to instant dismissal from the test. Any books brought by students must be deposited at the front of the room, or at the back of the Hall. Students are warned that such books are liable to be lost or taken away by mistake. 4. At the beginning of each paper, students must put down their particulars as required. 5. Students are not allowed to leave the hall / classroom until all answer sheets/scripts have been collected. 6. Students may receive mark penalties under the following circumstances: (refer to the Handbook for Candidates issued by the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority) (i) Students must not turn over the pages of the question paper and must not start working until they are instructed to do so. (ii) Students must not talk during the tests. (iii) When the announcement: “Time is up. Put down your pens … .” is made, make sure students obey promptly. If at that time students discover they have not filled in their class, name or class number, they should wait until the invigilator is beside them and ask for permission to fill it in. If they make any changes without permission, the Chief Invigilator will naturally assume they are trying to change an answer, and this will get them into trouble and may lead to a mark。
