毕业设计(论文)毕业设计(论文)干旱胁迫对甘蔗生长及土壤养分的干旱胁迫对甘蔗生长及土壤养分的影响影响学院(系)学院(系) 农农 学学 院院 专专 业业 农学农学 班班 级级 2010 级级 2 班班 学学 号号 1031100127 学生姓名学生姓名 指导教师指导教师 二零一四年五月二零一四年五月- i摘要摘要为探明不同供水量对甘蔗的生长发育和甘蔗的土壤养分含量的影响,本文探以不同的供水量作为对照组,以不同的甘蔗品种为主处理,不同的水分供给为副处理对甘蔗的生长发育及土壤养分含量的影响通过对不同处理间,在收获前测定有效茎数,株高,茎径,产量,土壤中碱解 N、速效 P、速效 K 的含量、土壤有机质含量、土壤 pH 值进行对比分析,得出不同供水量对甘蔗的生长发育的影响,并通过收获期考种所得到的产量性状分析不同供水量对甘蔗产量的影响试验结果表明:1、与正常供水的处理相比,干旱胁迫处理对甘蔗的产量有减产的作用经干旱处理后,参试品种出现了不同程度上的减产,不同品种的减产率不同各品种的减产率顺序:柳城 05—129 号> ROC22 号>福农 40 号>粤甘 24号>福农 38 号>ROC16 号。
其中,柳城 05—129 号品种减产的情况最为严重,ROC16 号品种的产量最低,福农 40 号品种的产量最高 2、与正常供水的处理相比,干旱胁迫处理对甘蔗的有效茎数有增加的作用各参试品种的有效茎数损失率顺序:ROC16 号>粤甘 24 号>福农 38 号>ROC22 号>福农 40 号>柳城 05—129 号干旱胁迫处理的平均有效茎数比正常处理的提高了 2.83%,其中,福农 40 号品种的有效茎数最多,粤甘 24 号品种的有效茎数变化幅度最小3、与正常供水的处理相比,干旱胁迫处理对甘蔗的株高有变矮的作用各品种的株高的损失率顺序为:粤甘 24 号>福农 38 号> ROC16 号>福农 40号> ROC22 号>柳城 05—129 号,柳城 05—129 号品种的蔗株损失率处于较低的水平,粤甘 24 号损失最严重,福农 38 号品种的株高最高 4、与正常供水的处理相比,干旱胁迫处理对甘蔗的茎径有变细的作用各品种的茎径损失率顺序:福农 40 号>ROC16 号>粤甘 24 号>福农 38 号>柳城 05—129 号>ROC22 号其中,福农 40 号品种的茎径最粗,同时,福农40 号品种也是茎径损失率最高的。
