基于0-1混合整数规划模型的物流配送中心选址—以诗乐氏实业有限公司为例Location of logistics distribution centers based on 0-1 hybrid integer planning model- Take swashes Industrial Co., Ltd as an example 论文摘要物流配送中心选址确定涉及物流网络结构布置、运输及配送等多个物流环节，对能否合理高效的完成物流任务产生重大影响通过对物流配送中心选址进行合理化分析及选择，能在一定程度上降低物流成本同时提高物流服务水平 本文在大量阅读文献的基础上，以物流总费用最小为目标，综合考虑选址过程中的运输成本、固定成本及配送成本三个因素的条件下，基于0-1混合整数规划模型及lingo的结合应用，将模型结果通过软件编辑呈现，结合所需相关数据，确定合理、科学的物流配送中心的选址本文通过实例验证以诗乐氏实业有限公司为例，结合实际情况相关数据进行收集等工作，对物流网络中的物流配送中心选址进行确定全面综合的考虑物流各环节中产生的费用影响下对物流配送中心选址进行确定，一方面可以有效改善企业在经营过程中，物流网络布局不合理及使用效果不佳的情况，在一定程度上为企业节省经营成本；另一方面合理、科学的选址，能快速响应顾客需求，提高企业物流服务水平，减少经营费用，节约运输成本，直接为企业增加了利润来源，从而提高了企业的经济效益。
本文的研究创新点在于在方法上使用0-1混合整数规划模型对物流配送中心进行选址，在内容上以实际案例为分析对象，具有实践层面上的实际意义关键词：物流配送中心选址 0-1混合整数模型 Lingo AbstractThe location determination of logistics distribution center involves many logistics links such as logistics network structure layout, transportation and distribution, which has a significant impact on the ability to complete the logistics task reasonably and efficiently. Through the reasonable analysis and selection of logistics distribution center location, the logistics cost can be reduced to a certain extent and the logistics service level can be improved. Based on a large number of reading literature, taking the minimum total cost of logistics as the goal, considering the three factors of transportation cost, fixed cost and distribution cost in the process of location selection, based on the combination of 0-1 Hybrid Integer Planning Model and lingo application, the model results are presented through software editing, combined with the necessary relevant data, to determine the location of a reasonable and scientific logistics distribution center. This paper verifies the location of multi-logistics distribution center in the logistics network by taking Swashes Industrial Co., Ltd as an example, combining the relevant data of the actual situation to collect and so on. 因而合理的配送中心地址的确定能高效发挥配送中心的功能，同时也是物流网络节点确定的核心关键对于企业而言，配送中心主要是企业物资供给中转站，企业根据以往经营数据，对某个配送中心的货物量进行预备货或由配送中心点自行采购，在确保有足够的储备货量下，结合配送路径优化设计方案满足下游客户的需求，能有效降低企业运营成本同时，物流配送中心建设在初期需要大量成本投入，并且对物流布局和企业战略规划起到持久性的作用，配送中心选址不当会导致货物流通效率低，从而导致货物周转率低，不能及时满足当前客户需求，从而降低企业利润和客户满意度因而，选择合理的配送中心选址能有效节约成本，促进生产与流通同步，及时满足市场以及客户需求，能为企业提供高质量、高效率、专业化的物流服务，为企业长期发展提供核心竞争力保障1.2研究意义及目的本论文通过大量阅读相关文献以及对诗乐氏实业有限公司进行调查研究，大量收集了企业相关数据资料，因此，本文对于物流配送中心选址问题的研究具有理论与实践两个层面上的意义从理论层面而言，国内外对于物流配送中心选址相关研究具有非常成熟的学术理论基础以及软件技术，但生硬的学术理论以及缺乏软件技术操作不能为企业解决它们的问题，需要结合企业生产经营、战略布局等实际情况进行研究，使得理论与实际高度融合，提高企业核心竞争力，本文填补了国内对于物流配送中心选址理论与企业实际情况相结合能力较为薄弱的问题，丰富我国相关理论的研究，对强调模型的实用性具有一定的理论意义。
从实践层面而言，本文主要以诗乐氏实业有限公司为例，根据企业所存在的物流网络布局不当所导致的物流服务质量差、效率低，致使企业经营利润低以及其他经营外部条件等问题，充分利用0-1混合整数规划模型为企业长期经营选择一个或多个合理的网状辐射配送中心。
