1)光票托收 Clean Collection：不附带任何货运单据的汇票〕(2)跟单托收 Documentary Collectiona.付款交单：D/P(Documents against Payment )代收行在收到进口方货款后，将汇票及所附的货运单据交付给进口方按时间不同又分为：即期付款交单： D/P at sight, sight D/P远期付款交单： D/P after sightb. 承兑交单：D/A (Documents againstAcceptance)出口方在货物付运后，开具进口方为付款人的远期汇票，连同各种货运单据一并交委托行寄往进口方代收行； 代收行在进口方承兑汇票后，将跟单汇票交给付款人，进口方于汇票到期日付清货款装运单据 shipping documents,如:商业发票、装箱单、提单等3. 3.信用证〔信用证〔L/C)L/C)国际贸易最常用的支付方法是 L/C,这是一种可靠又平安的支付方式便于卖方与陌生的买方进行交易，并对买卖双方都有保障Language Points⑴信用证的种类：⑴信用证的种类：·Confirmed L/C保兑的信用证1 ·Unconfirmed L/C未保兑的信用证·Sight L/C即期信用证·Time/term L/C远期信用证·Revocable L/C可撤销的信用证·Irrevocable L/C不可撤销的信用证·Transferable L/C可转让的信用证·Non-transferable L/C不可转让信用证·Divisible L/C可分割的信用证·Indivisible L/C不可分割的信用证·Documentary L/C跟单信用证信用证❖ 保兑信用证保兑信用证(Confirmed Letter of Credit)是指开证行开出的信用证， 由另一银行保证对符合信用证条款规定的单据履行付款义务。
对信用证加保兑的银行为保兑行〔Confirming Bank〕 信用证的“不可撤消〞是指开证行对信用证的付款责任保兑〞是指开证行以外的银行保证对信用证承当付款责任不可撤消的保兑信用证，那么意味着该信用证不但有开证行不可撤消的付款保证，而且又有保兑行的兑付保证保兑行对信用证加具保兑的具体做法是：Ⅰ.开证行在给通知行的信用证通知书中授权另一家银行 〔通知行〕在信用证上加保如：□without adding your confirmation□adding your confirmation, if requested by the BeneficiaryⅡ.通知行用加批注等的方法， 说明保证兑付或保证对符合信用证条款规定的单据履行付款并签字例如：This credit is confirmed by us. 可撤销信用证是指信用证开出后，无须征得受益人同意， 开证行可对信用证随时撤销或修改不可撤销信用证的撤销或修改必须征得开证行、保兑行〔如有〕 、受益人的同意❖ 可转让信用证 (Transferable Credit)是指信用证的受益人可以要求授权付款、 承当延期付款的责任、 承兑或议付的银行， 或当信用证是自由议付时，可以要求信用证中特别授权的转让银行， 将信用证全部或局部转让给一个或数个受益人的信用证❖ 跟单信用证：凭发票、提单、保险单等商业单据支付的信用证是跟单信用证❖ 可分割信用证(divisible L/C)： 是指受益人被允许将信用证的全部或一局部转让给另一个受益人(或同时转让给两个或两个以上的第三者)的信用证·按照国际惯例只要可转让的信用证规定准许分批装运,它就是可分割的·一般来说，只有可转让的信用证才是可以分割的信用证,因为分割之后的信用证通常会有两个以上的受益人 ,即使第一受益人保存原证的一局部归自己,其余局部给另一人也非经转让手续不可 也就是说,可分割信用证必须是可2 转让的信用证如果信用证需要转让给两个或两个以上的人 ,在开证时,可在“可转让〞后面注明“可分割〞字样。
·可分割信用证的操作运用可转让及可分割信用证多用于分批装运或分口岸对外成交的国际贸易合同当中可转让信用证进口业务中采用可转让信用证，便于中间商把信用证转让给实际供货人，因为中间商自己不掌握商品，或不愿让供货方与实际买主拉直关系，通常一边与厂商签订供货合同，一边与买方签订销售合同，从中赚取利润要求买方开立可转让信用证，中间商就能够把转售货物得来的货款大局部转让给实际供货商，余下的就是他的利润我国出口贸易中，对于在某个主口岸统一成交而在其他分口岸交货的情况下，为了便于办理在各分口岸交货后的结汇手续，往往要求国外的卖方开局可转让、可分割的信用证在进口贸易中，如果中间商确有需要且信誉可靠，也可开局可转让信用证但为了防止商业诈骗，买方会严格控制这种信用证的使用⑵信用证的支付程序：⑵信用证的支付程序：①进口商要求其银行开立以出口商为受益人的信用证②进口商银行开立信用证， 并将其寄给出口商国家的往来银行因进口商银行开立信用证，故被称为开证行opening bank/issuing bank)③出口商银行收到开证行的信用证后将其递交给出口商 由于该银行把信用证递交给了出口商，故被称为通知行(informing bank)。
④出口商完成装运并准备即期汇票及所有的装运单据， 然后把汇票和装运单据递交通知行要求议付，即要求付款通知行帮助出口商取得货款⑤通知行把汇票及装运单据寄给开证行要求支付⑥开证行收到汇票及装运单据后把它们递交给进口商⑦开证行，此时被称为付款行把货款汇给通知行⑧通知行收到货款后交给出口商在其他付款方式中， 银行职能作托收和汇付的工作，对进口商不付货款不予负责；而在信用证的情况下，开证行以自己的信用为交易垫付货款就卖方的利益来说，信用证〔L/C〕比付款交单〔D/P〕好，D/P at sight 比D/P after sight 好，而付款交单〔D/P〕又比承兑交单〔D/A)好在国际贸易中，只在进口商财务状况良好，或过去一系列业务中进口商付款可靠，从而取得出口商信任，才可以接受托收的支付方式D/A and D/P TermsD/A and D/P TermsDear Ms Ni,We have made up your order No.9940, which is now aboard the SS Vanguardwhich sails for Shanghai tomorrow.We are sure you will be pleased with the selection of items that we were able toget from stock.
