Rev 0This specification provides description for purchasing materials.本说明仅供材料采购使用1、 Name of Material 材料名称Specification For seamless carbon steel pipe For high-temperature service.高温用无缝碳钢公称管。

2、 The material shall comply with SA-106, ASME Code Sectionll, Part A, 2010 Edition.本材料是依据ASME 2010版第二卷A中SA-106/ SA-106M3、 Manufacture 制造要求The steel shall be killed steel made by one or more of the following processes: open-hearth ,basic-oxygen, or electric-furnace .The primary melting may incorporate separate degassing or refining , and may be followed by second-ary melting , using electroslag remeltin or vacuum-arcremelting . If secondary melting is employed , the heat shall be defind as all of ingots remelted a single primary heat.钢材为镇静钢,应为以下的一种或数种方法炼制:平炉法、氧气顶吹转炉法或是电炉法, 一次熔炼可以和单独的脱气或精炼相结合,也可以接着用电渣重溶或真空电弧重溶进行二次熔 炼。

NO.010、对于小于或等于NPS2的钢管,应取足够长的一段管绕12倍公称管径(如ANSI B36.10中 所示)的芯轴冷弯到90°不得产生裂纹For pipe NPS 2 and under a sufficient length of pipe shall stand being bent cold through 90° around a cylindrical mandrel, the diameter of which is 12 times the norminal diameter (as shown in ANSI B36.10) of the pipe, without developing cracks.10、材料试验报告Material test report材料的试验报告应采用中英文对照,并采用国际单位。

Material test report should adopted Chinese and English language, and adopted international unit 材料的试验报告应至少包括如下内容:Material test report should at least include the following content:10.1、材料标准:ASME Code Sect. II 2010 Edition, SA-106;Material standard: ASME Code Sect. II 2010 Edition, SA-106 ;10.2采购单号;Order No.;10.3 材料牌号:SA-106 B;Material grade: SA-106 B;10.4炉批号;Heat No.;10.5化学成分;Chemical composition10.6力学性能;Mechanical properties;10.7材料制造商名称;Material manufacturer’name。
