This thesis is divided into three parts:Introduction ,Body and Conciusion. The thesis in introduction analysises , the focus of the connotation of socialist core values status, characteristics and deficiencies. The main body consists of four chapters: Chapter one , the socialist core values of the basic concepts. This chapter focuses on the value, values, socialist and socialist core values, socialist core values and the core value system of socialist basic concepts and relationship problems, aim at for socialist core values of the study and theoretical basis for providing logical premise. Chapter two, socialist core values of the historical evolution and the analysis of the capitalist values. IVFrom the Angle of diachronic state, focus on utopian socialism values, scientific socialism values of the basic connotation, characteristics and the essential difference between theory makes a systematic pectination, expounded the socialist core values from the important theoretical science idealistic to leap. ”当下， 在变化着的当今世界历史背景下， 面对我国改革开放的不断深入， 面对经济全球化、世界历史的展开所带来的价值观冲突，面对当代世界的现代性困境和价值危机，研究社会主义价值观的内涵及其意义， 成为当代社会主义实践和现代性运动所提出的核心性的时代课题我这里所说的社会主义是以世界社会主义运动为背景的 对社会主义而言，社会主义价值观是社会主义的生命之魂，也是社会主义的精神没有社会主义价值观上的自觉，我们就不能真正懂得社会主义而社会主义价值观并不是等待我们去发现的某种先验存在， 犹如社会主义是人们在认识和掌握历史必然性基础上的一种自觉运动，社会主义价值观内涵也是基于历史运动和历史规律，以及人们价值实践的一种自觉建构正所谓真正的理论从来不是制造者手里的杂耍和把玩，它总是聆听着时代的呼声，以自己的独特方式努力解决时代的课题正是有着理论和问题关系的自觉意识，本文试图直面当代社会主义核心价值观内涵的建构这一核心时代课题以此作为研究对象，在社会主义价值的坐标体系中，依据对社会主义核心价值观的基本问题的理论解释，通过对社会主义价值观流变历史的梳理和解析，以及通过对资本主义价值的批判，进而探讨当代社会主义核心价值的内在逻辑和丰富内涵。
这里，在社会生活的抽身反思，观念历史的解析，对资本主义价值体系的批判结合中进行价值观内涵建构的逻辑运思，成为本研究的一种自觉方法这一研究方法来自于对社会意识与社会存在关系的理解我们承认，在归根到底的意义上，社会存在决定着社会意识，因而当代社会主义价值观必须是对当下社会存在的本质把握 一、研究现状 改革开放三十多年来， 学术界围绕社会主义价值观的相关问题展开了广泛而深入的研究与哲学上其它概念一样，关于社会主义核心价值观的内涵的界定，存在着争论与分歧归纳起来，理论界、学术界主要有以下基本观点： 论社会主义核心价值观内涵及其意义 2有学者提出，构建社会主义核心价值观应该把握四个关键词，“即人本、公正、民主、和谐① 有学者提出， “社会主义核心价值理念是关于社会主义核心价值的最根本观点和最概括的表达， 是社会主义核心价值体系的灵魂 社会主义核心价值理念的基本内涵为公平正义、民主自由、仁爱和谐、人本共享积极倡导和践行社会主义核心价值理念，是强化社会主义核心价值诉求、推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业的必然选择② 有学者认为， 公平正义是社会主义的核心价值观 公平正义自古以来就是人类追求的普遍价值， 更是社会主义的核心价值和本质要求。
公平正义是社会主义核心价值追求，是社会主义实践的价值目标， 是构建社会主义和谐社会的价值准则， 没有公平正义就没有社会主义 党的十六届六中全会提出要去确立社会主义核心价值体系， 公平正义就是社会主义核心价值之一 包括马克思主义在内的社会主义创始人， 但是之所以激烈批判资本主义而积极倡导社会主义， 重要原因之一便是他们认为， 资本主义对自由竞争的放纵， 使得公平正义难以在资本主义条件下实现 只有在生产剥削和压迫的政治经济制度不服存在的社会主义条件下，才能真正实现公平正义的价值③ 二、研究的基本思路 本论文是在借鉴相关研究成果的基础上， 以世界社会主义运动为背景， 立足于当代中国社会主义伟大实践，从马克思主义价值学、社会主义价值学的角度，对“什么是社会主义核心价值观内涵、建设社会主义核心价值观的意义”，这一课题进行试探性的研究 概括提炼出社会主义核心价值观的科学内涵， 分析探讨社会主义核心价值观与社会主义核心价值体系的关系； 充分论证社会主义核心价值观构建的重大意义 再者本文以挖掘梳理空想社会主义价值观为起点， 分析和总结科学社会主义价值观的基本内涵； 以及在对由个人主义、 功利主义、 自由主义和理性主义所构成的资本主义价值体系的批判的基础上。
