在微博视阈下如何开展大学生思想政治教育实践活动已是一个亟待深入研究和认真解决的新课题本文重点从微博的定义、特点、功能和发展趋势入手，在微博给当代大学生思想政治教育带来的机遇和挑战方面进行深入分析和探讨， 从而提出对政府、 学校、 个人提出针对性的对策， 以加强和改进当代大学生思想政治教育工作 在本文的框架上，前半部分着重于理论阐释，从选题背景、国内外综述入手，首先从微博的定义、发展历程和趋势、基本特点、主要功能及其对大学生的魅力等方面对微博做一个全方位的概述， 然后通过典型案例重点分析了微博对当代大学生自身以及大学生思想政治教育工作带来的机遇和挑战文章通过分析指出，微博一方面作为向大学生传播正能量媒介、师生交流互动平台、大学生社会交往窗口和大学生成长解压工具的同时，导致了当代大学生的正常作息混乱、价值观念扭曲、个人行为失范另一方面，微博在拓展大学生思想政治教育空间、丰富其内容、改善其方法、降低成本、提高效率的同时，也对思想政治教育工作的权威性、内容、方法、载体、教育者素质等方面产生诸多挑战 后半部分着重于对微博视阈下大学生思想政治教育面临挑战的可行性解决对策分析新形势下加强和改进当代大学生思想政治教育工作必须要形成政府重视监管调控、学校强化教育引导、学生个人自觉自律的多方共同努力的局面。
首先，在政府监管层面要加强微博制度建设、舆论引导、法制监管；其次，在学校教育层面要树立当代大学生思想政治教育新理念、加强载体建设，构建至上而下的“微博链” ；最后，在大学生个人层面要提高当代大学生的道德自觉性、培养大学生的媒体素养、增强大学生自身的抗II 污染能力 关键词：：微博；当代大学生；思想政治教育 III ABSTRACT With the rapid development of society and internet, microblog has been widely used and concerned and gradually become an indispensable part of people’s live, study and work. Teenagers, especially college students, are the major force of microblog-use population; and, microblog also provides a main place for them to disseminate information, exchange ideas, diving into details of society and entertainment. As a result, this certain media brings a series of deep effects which cannot be neglected on the carrier, content, method, subject, object of ideological political education, and it has brought great opportunities and challenges too. Therefore, it is a pressing task to research and investigate how to carry out the colleges’ ideological and political practice in the visual threshold of microblog. This thesis starts with the definition, characteristic, function and the trend of development of microblog, and then deeply analyzes and discusses the opportunities and challenges it brings. Thus giving advises to the government, colleges and individual and strengthens and improves the progress of the colleges’ ideological and political practice. Basing on this framework, the first half of paper focus on the theoretical explanation, it starts with the topic selection background and the domestic and abroad research status. First of all, the thesis give a particular overview of the microblog in the perspective of the definition, development course and trend, characteristics, functions, and attraction to the colleges students. Then I will give some examples to analyze the typical cases about the opportunities and challenges that the microblog brings to the colleges students themselves and the educational work of the colleges’ ideological and political practice. The thesis point out that on the one hand, the microblog can be the media which spread the positive power, the communication platform between teachers and students, a window of s the college students’ social interaction and the tool of releasing pressure and at the same time, the microblog disorder the normal work and rest time of the college students, distort their values and lead to the misconduct of them. On the other hand, the microblog expand the space of the colleges’ IV ideological and political practice, enrich the content, improve the method, low the cost and increase efficiency and In the meantime, it makes challenges for the work of the ideological and political practice on the authority, content, method, carrier and qualities of educators. The latter part of the paper focus on analyzes strategy of feasible solutions on the challenges that the colleges’ ideological and political practice faced. Under the new situation, strengthens and improves the progress of the colleges’ ideological and political practice must form the situation that the government emphasis on the full supervision and control, colleges strengthen the education guidance and the students need to be consciousness and self-discipline and so on. Firstly, we should strengthen the institutional construction, media guidance and legal scrutiny of the microblog on the level of the government supervision. Secondly, we need to establish the new idea about the colleges’ ideological and political practice and strengthen the carrier construction and thus construct some up-down models like “the link of microblog” on the level of colleges’ education. Thirdly, for the undergraduates, we should improve the consciousness of moral; develop their media literacy and increasing capacity on the respect of antipollution.
