1、登山机(台阶练习器)程序  (1)双足与踏板完全接触,成站立姿势  (2)按下开始键(enter),根据指令输入自身体重  (3)根据指令选择所需锻练图案,并将其输入程序  (4)根据指令选择合适的锻练目标强度  (5)根据指令选择自己所需锻练时间,并锁定  (6)将所需数据输入后,便可开始锻练(按enter)  使用注意事项:  (1)身体应随时保持直立  (2)踩踏时脚部不必完全着地  (3)避免膝关节和肘关节僵硬,应有弹性  (4)随时保持对身体平衡的控制  (5)避免双脚同时着地  2、跑步机程序  (1)双脚分开,站在跑步机的边缘上  (2)按下电源开关键,使数据表盘闪示  (3)按下开始键(enter),使皮带轮转动  (4)双脚踏在皮带轮上随其走动  (5)按下快速键(first),使其达到自身所需目标  (6)当需减速时按下慢速键(slow),使其达到自身所需目标  (7)当需检查行使中的各项数据时,按下检测键,可随时得出行驶中的步幅、时间及距离  使用跑步机时的注意事项:  (1)先开动机器,后站在皮带轮上  (2)双手握住手杆,当达到所需频率时,再将双手离开  (3)双脚的频率应与皮带轮的转速一致。
