洲际酒店报警展开程序Procedure 程序A.CCTV Room中心监控室CCTV1. According to the call, write down: Time, Room number, Area and caller’s name, etc根据显示，立即在记录簿上记下：时间、房号、区域及、报警人姓名2. Inform Operator，use fire alarm area code:呼叫：－－－并告知报警房号或地点使用消防报警区域代号, 呼叫显示如下: 1) Room Number具体房号显示: Alarm Code 报警号 Room Number 房号 2) Are区域显示 : Alarm Code Fire Code Floor Area 报警号 消防号 楼层 区域Page呼叫顺序: 1) Security Manager (or Assistant Security Manager) 保安部经理（或值班经理）2) Security Supervisor on duty当班保安主管,3) Front Office Manager前厅经理,4) Housekeeping Manager (or Department Manager Concerned) 客房部经理（或报警所属部门经理）5)Manager on duty酒店总值班,6)Deputy General Manager副总经理。
3. Monitor and record to area as below将监控摄像机对准如下区域锁定,录像:1) Alarm Floor报警层楼面（或附近探头）2) Lobby大堂A、B、C3) 2nd Floor二楼A、B、C4) 3rd Floor三楼A、B、C5) Inside guest elevator No.1 to No.5/1号－－－5号客梯4. Call the alarm room. If get through, we should comfort the alarm reporter and get some clues, then report it to Security manager or assistant Security manager with walkie-talkie.拨打报警号码房间如通话，应尽力安慰报警者，并从中获得一些线索，立即用对讲机将得到的情况与现场对讲机联系，报告保安部经理或保安部值班经理5. Pay more attention to all monitors. If find some thing, report to Security Manager or Assistant Security Manager at once. Also keep in touch with scene.密切注意所有监控画面，发现情况立即报告保安部经理或保安部值班经理，并与现场保持联系6. Prohibit unauthorized person use CCTV room’s telephone for keeping the line through. 禁止无关人员使用CCTV室，以保证通讯线路畅通。
B. Security Manager (Assistant Security Manager and Security Supervisor) 保安部经理（值班经理、主管）1. Arrive to scene with baton (Or fire extinguisher nearby) immediately. 接报后以最快速度携带警棍（或附近区域灭火机）赶赴报警点2. Divide into three groups, two staff for one group occupy the floors up and down the alarm floor, if have enough staff.二人以上行动，在人员充裕的情况下，可分成二人一组三小组，分别抢占上一层及下一层楼面加强监控3. Housekeeping Manager and Front Office Manager arrive scene with masterkey. Manager on duty and Deputy General Manager arrive scene.客房部经理、前厅经理，随带通用钥匙到场，酒店总值班及副总经理到场。
4. Report the incident situation to the General Manager. 根据情况确认事件性质，汇报总经理后决定作战方案。
