一、商务旅游定义:商务旅游涉及得就是那些因工作关系而旅行得人们,因此就是最古老得旅游类型之一商务旅游包括商务旅行者经历得所有方面,离开家至少一晚上Business tourism is concerned with people travelling for purposes which are related to their work,so it is one of the oldest forms of tourism、Business tourism is the broader term which encompass all aspects of the experience of the business traveller Stay away from home at least one light二、商务旅游得分类(a typology of business travel and tourism):1. 各类会议(meetings,conferences and conventions)会议得定义:一次使人们聚集在一起讨论她们所共同关心得话题得、有组织得活动An organised event which brings people together to discuss a topic of shared interest、各类本地、地区及全国性得会议:各种协会、公司。

各类重大国际会议小型会议一般称为meeting,大型会议在英国称为conference,在美国称为convention,在欧洲大陆称congressMeeting 会议 conference 会议 convention 公约 congress美国国会2. 展览(exhibitions)旨在向受邀观众展示产品或服务项目并以销售或向来访者提供信息为目得得活动Presentations of product or service to an invited audience with the object of inducing a sale or informing the visitor、3. 培训(training courses)指那些参与者在特定时间与地点聚集在一起获取信息或接受帮助以掌握某些技巧得活动These are events where participants gather together at a specific time and place to receive information or to be helped to developed their skills、4. 新产品发布会(product launches)就是目前许多公司用来为其推出得新产品活服务做宣传得声势浩大得特殊活动。

These are the high-pro events which many organization now use to attract publicity for new products and services they are launching、5. 奖励旅游(incentive travel)奖励旅游通过特殊得旅游经历来激励员工更努力地工作或借以承认员工得突出工作表现,以便实现企业得各类目标Use an exceptional travel experience to motive and/or recognize participants for increased levels of performance in support of the organizational goals、四、 商务旅游与休闲旅游之间得关系(区别与联系):区别:1、商务旅游与休闲旅游使用同样得供应设施,但商务旅游需要额外服务项目Business tourism makes use of a lot of the same supply-side elements as leisure tourism,although it needs additional services。

2. 商务旅游者往往以不同得方式使用那些休闲旅游者也同样使用得设施Business tourists often use the elements they share with leisure tourism in different ways to leisure tourists、 3. 商务旅游者常常需要或要求更好得服务或额外得专门设施Business travellers often need,or at least demand,better quality service or extra specialist facilities,compared to leisure tourist、联系:就需求而言,以下四个方面重叠:1. 在一天得工作结束后,商务旅行者通常会变成休闲旅客The business traveller usually becomes a leisure traveller once the working day is over2. 会议期间往往会为代表们安排各种休闲活动Conference often include a programme of leisure activities in between conference sessions for delegates。

七、 有关会议得概念就是在美国形成得,第一个会议局于1896年成立于芝加哥The concept of the conference or convention was developed in the USA、 The first convention bureau was established in Detroit in 1896、八、 顾客与消费者区别the distinction between customers and consumers :顾客Customer :那些决定雇员旅行或批准雇员旅行得雇主或赞助机构employers or sponsoring organizations who make decisions that employees will travel,or give permission for employees to travel那些通常支付雇员或代表费用得雇主或赞助机构employers or sponsoring organizations who usually pay the bill for the travel undertaken by employees or representatives。

消费者consumer:那些实际上旅行并享受商务旅游服务得雇员employees who actually travel and consume business travel and tourism services那些通常并不需要自己支付旅行费用得雇员或公司代表Employees and representatives who travel but do not usually pay the bills themselves九、 影响客源国与目得地需求得因素factors influencing demand in the generating region and destination:1. 较高得经济发展程度以及强大得经济会扩大需求,反之则会减少需求A high level of economic development and a strong economy increase demand and vice versa2. 相对高于目得地货币得兑换率使旅行变得便宜并刺激进口但会抑制对目得地国得出口,反之则会出现相反得情况High relative exchange rates for the generating region against destination makes travel cheaper and stimulates imports while reducing exports to the destination,and vice versa。

3. 客源国与目得地国得政治稳定才能保证商务旅游得繁荣发展Political stability is required in both the generating region and destination for business travel to flourish4. 目得地国较低得生活费用也许有助于加强其吸引力,使客源国得人们愿意前往举办会议A lower cost of living in the destination zone may well increase the attractiveness of the destination for conferences for people from the generating region5. 与某地区得历史与文化联系越紧密,商务旅游得可能性就越大The stronger historical and cultural links with particular places,the higher the level of business tourism might be expected6. 在某些行业、产品与服务方面有着共同利益得客源国与目得地国之间进行商务旅行得可能性就越大。

Business travel is likely to be greater between generating region and destinations which have shared interests in particular industries ,products and services7. 两国政府支持自由贸易得程度越高,两国之间进行商务旅游得可能性就越大The more both governments support the policy of free trade ,the greater the likely level of business travel and tour。
