国家开放大学开放教育英语专业(商务方向)(专科)省管课程期末复习指导商务英语写作于秀莹 编写广东开放大学编印二○一四年九月一、课程说明《商务英语写作》是中央电大开放教育试点及我省省开专科英语专业商务方向的一门限选课,性质为省管课程采用的教材是《实用商务英语写作》,由邬庆儿主编,中国人民大学出版社于2012年4月出版本课程的教学目的是培养学生掌握商务英语写作基础知识、商务英语书信的基本格式和写作技能,了解主要的商务英语写作类型,提高商务英语书面表达能力,为毕业后成为适应社会需要的应用型涉外商务工作者打下良好的基础二、考试说明本课程的考核采取两种形式:形成性考核(30%)和课程终结考试(即期末考试,占课程总成绩的70%)期末考试采取笔试形式,闭卷,时间为90分钟由省电大统一命题,在同一时间全省统一举行命题依据为广东广播电视大学英语专业专科教学计划、《商务英语写作》课程教学大纲及文字教材考核范围包括教材中的五个单元:求职申请、外部信函、内部交流、会议及展览相关写作和商务往来信函写作试卷分为试题和答题纸两部分,考生需将所有答案写在答题纸上试题共五部分,满分100分,试题内容来源及比例安排:教材—50-70%; 作业—10%; 课外—20-40%。

在日常学习和期末复习中,学生应重点掌握每种类型信函的前三个范例在每一封具体的信函中,不仅熟悉该信函的写作格式,而且应进一步巩固英语基础知识和技能,如:介词的使用,重点词语的用法及表达方式,以及商业书信写作的语气等不仅如此,学生还应及时认真地做好《形成性考核册》中的记分作业及每章的课后练习题,以检验和巩固学习效果四、综合复习题(试题范例)I.
