2、，尽可能做到客观礼貌，给读者留下好印象。2、主体段落：写明投诉的原因、问题的经过及产生的后果。可以说具体的理由，也可以说问题的具体体现方式。3、结尾段：提出解决方案，不需展开。这段应体现书信的礼貌原则，可以用类似“如果你能，我将十分感激”这样的表达方式。一般情况下，可以按照下面的思路行文：a 抱怨投诉行为b投诉内容具体描述c要求弥补纠正赔偿d. 对被投诉人的敦促或威胁【知识拓展】抱怨投诉行为：Im writing to complain about/that .投诉内容具体描述:I felt really angry about.I find it difficult to.to be hon
