13、队辅导员。始终在完成各项工作任务的同时，用爱心去点亮学生的心灯，用爱心去演绎师爱、母爱、把学生当成自己的孩子。我的数学课，最能激起学生学习的兴趣，能最大限度地体现学生的主体性。要求学生每天都要做好。有时把爱心转化为对学生的尊重，有时把爱心体现在对学生的严，体现在对学生习惯的培养上。学生没有坐姿不正的，没有不思考的，没有迟到的，学生爱上！为了关爱和转变学困生，自己掏钱请学困生吃西瓜成了学校的美谈。很多学困生在我细微处的关爱下成了自己的知心朋友，爱心是真诚、宽容和坦诚，赢得了所有学生的心。还因势而导，在学生中把爱心传递。同学们困难之际的相濡以沫，孝敬长辈，尊老爱老，自发的“手拉手，献爱心”活动自己
14、的班级充满温情，学生传递着爱心。教书育人是教师的天职，但教师如果没有扎实的教学技能，空有一腔热情是没法完成教书育人这一使命的。我把练师能当作不断提高师德修养的一个目标去追求。平时自己刻苦学习理论和文化知识，不断提升学历水平。教学上更是潜心研究教材教法，广采他山之石。我先后参加县、市教师培训，多次参加教材培训，聆听专家报告，吃透教材编写意图，自己付诸行动。课前，自己围绕课改理念，深刻领会课标内涵，准确把握、认真钻研教材，制定科学、合理的教学目标。课堂中，我把各种教学方法有机地结合起来，阅读教学中做到融整体把握、突出重点，实现师生、生生、生本之间的平等对话，因学生个性的张扬而美丽，因教学理念的前卫
15、而精彩。2000年小学毕业数学测试县同层次第一名。2003年4月县农村青年教师小数优质课观摩活动二等奖。2004年2月被评为县骨干教师，2011年确定为市骨干教师.2006年10月县教艺展示二等奖。20002007年连续八年年度考核优秀。20092013年连续四年年度考核优秀。自参加工作以来，所教数学在历年统考中都名列前茅，在20102013年度所教毕业班科学均在县同层次前一名。自己一直觉得：一名教师的成长首先从教学反思开始，平时再忙他也坚持及时进行教学反思，反思自己每一节课的得与失，也反思其他教师的教、学生的学，经过多角度的反思和留心自己的教学，不断总结经验，找出教学中存在的问题，并着力实施
16、解决。多年的反思，为教育科研积淀了基础， 随着科学发展观的学习不断深入和领会，进一步认识到新时代教师使命的重大和师德弘扬的迫切，明确了教师对于学生进行道德垂范、知识传递、学法引导、情感培育、人生启迪的重要。 自任教以来，可从没因工作忙而放下学生。每次听课，自己的学生都会受益，新的教法和理念，让五十多个学生兴奋并快乐着。每次活动反思后的经验总结，学生总是在从“经验再实践”时，体验到更多成功的喜悦。因为自己是学生心中最有趣、最好的老师，也是学生的妈妈，因学生心底的这一称呼而自豪。 随着校本教研的深化，自己不断创新学校校本研训方式，积极倡导网络教研。精心撰写教学案例、教学反思和教育教学论文，并借助博客这一平台和同行真诚交流，不断提高，实现了网络资源共享、优势互补。2012年9月12月国培计划远程培训优秀学员,而且带动一大批教师结合教学写体会。从而为该校教师的成长和发展起到了一定作用。 成绩不能满足，名誉催人奋进。作为一名教师，觉得自己始终要践行为人之道，从师之道。特别在实
