11、people plant; in industrial society, man is an animal; the information society, return悬挑式脚手架搭设方案 1、 编制依据（略） 2、 工程概况： 1、本工程位于如意开发区，南面向远七纬路，西邻远经一路，东邻土默特南路。本工程由呼和浩特市经济技术开发区管理委员会筹建，内蒙古工业大学设计有限责任公司设计，呼和浩特市质量监督站监督，呼和浩特市宏祥监理公司监理，呼和浩特市大华建筑公司承建。2、本工程为地下一层，地上9层，总建筑面积19910，其中地上建筑面积12539，建筑总高度37.3米，室内外高差0.6米，一层
12、层高5.0米，二层4.3米，四层至九层为4.0米。建筑设计使用年限50年，抗震设防烈度八度，钢筋砼框架结构，建筑耐火等级一级。一层为办公、职工餐厅；二层为办公、活动中心，三至九层均为办公。本工程外架采用挑梁式双排挑外脚手架，、五层九层设置挑梁。里脚手架采用满堂架了。， 3脚手架构配件的质量标准 （1）钢管：钢管一般采用外役48mm，壁厚3.5mm的3号钢焊接钢管， 其化学成份与机械性能符合国家标准碳素结构钢（GBT700）的要求。立杆、纵向水平杆（大横杆）的钢管长度一般为46m，横向水平杆（小横杆）一般为1.92.3m。钢管应涂防锈漆。 （2）扣件：扣件应符合钢管脚手架扣件的规定。扣件不能有裂
13、纹、气孔、疏松、砂眼等铸造缺陷。扣件与钢管的贴合面要接触良好，扣件夹紧钢管时，开口处的最小距离要小于5mm。 （3）脚手板；脚手板一般用厚为50mm的木板，板长24m，宽250mm的杉木或松木制成，板长36m,宽不小于150mm。 （4）脚手架的用途及极限荷载值 脚手架用途分砌筑脚手架、装修脚手架和防护用脚手架，其外围满挂密网封闭。 脚手架荷载：结构架为3KNm2，装修为2KNm2。 脚手架的设计计算（见附页设计计算书）。 5脚手架平面布置 双排外脚架立杆横距b=1.50m，1=0.80m，内立杆距建筑物外墙皮距离b=0.20m，脚手架步距h=1.80m，铺设脚手板层数2层，进行结构施工施工层

15、.2 满铺 承重 1.5 1.4 两侧每步一道，中间每两步一道 根据需要定 满铺 满铺 6脚手架搭设方法： 6.1搭设顺序： 放置悬挑钢梁，焊立杆底座，自角部起依次向两边竖立底立杆，底端与纵向势地杆扣件固定后，装设横向扫地杆，并也与立杆固定，每边竖起34根立杆后，随即装设第一步纵向平杆（与立杆扣接固定）和横向平杆（小横杆、靠近立杆并与纵向平杆扣接固定）。校正立杆垂直和平杆水平使其符合要求后，按4555Nm力拧紧扣件螺栓，形成构架的起始段，按上述要求依次向前延伸搭设，直至第一部架交圈完成。交圈后，再全面检查一遍构造质量，严格确保设计要求和构架质量，设置端墙件，按第一部架交圈完成。交圈后,再全面检
16、查一遍构造质量，严格确保设计要求和构件质量，设置端墙件，按第一步架的作业程序和要求搭设第二步、第三步，随搭设过程及时装设连墙件和剪刀撑，装设作业层间横杆、铺设脚手架板和装设作业层栏杆、挡脚板及密目网全封闭。 6.2 构造要求： 6.2.1 立杆： 立杆间距选用1.5m，允许搭设偏差5mm，立杆垂直允许搭设偏差10 cm。 6.2.2 扫地杆设置 人垫板往上20cm处，设置扫地杆，扫地杆采用对接接长。扫地杆在端头与立杆交接处伸出扣件长度不小于10cm。 6.2.3 横杆间距、平整度 横杆步距采用1.8m，用对接方法接长，一根横杆两端的高差，不能超过2cm，纵向水平杆全长平整度不超过10cm。 6.2.4 立杆、横杆接头的详细做法： 立杆上对接口件应交
