In Cyclone IV GX devices, some of these pins are optional high speed differential reference clock positive input. Connect unused CLK or DIFFCLK pins to GND. See Note 12. In Cyclone IV GX devices, the pin should be AC-coupled if used as optional high speed differential reference clock input. Connect all unused pins either individually to GND through
