2、一种新型的养老模式对老年人的生活满意度有何影响，以及社会工作介入社区居养老的途径有哪些？本文借助社会调查所获得第一手资料对以上问题进行了研究。研究表明我国城市老年人的生活满意度为中上水平，我国社区居家养老服务可以满足大部分社区老年人的需要，但是也存在群众知晓度地，服务人员专业化不足的问题。调查结果表明年龄、健康状况、教育程度、经济水平、月生活费、休闲活动地点、举办社区活动频率、环境便利程度、社区养老服务整体满意度、家政服务、精神慰藉、医疗保健对城市老年人的生活满意度具有差异性影响。学历、健康状况、月生活费、经济水平、儿子数、打扫房间、生活照料、免费理发、免费体检频率、节假日发放礼物、休闲娱乐和
3、知识讲座与城市老年生活满意度之间存在正相关的关系；年龄和城市老人生活满意度之间存在负相关关系。社区居家养老服务质量和城市老人生活满意度之间存在正相关关系，即社区居家养老的服务质量越好，老人的生活满意度越高。研究可知社工介入社区居家养老的途径有直接介入和简介介入两种。直接接入包括老年个案工作、老年小组工作、老年社区工作；简介介入包括老年社会行政、老年社会政策。关键词：社区居家养老服务质量；城市老年人生活满意度；相关关系；社工介入THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY HOME CARE SERVICE QUALITY AND LIFE SATISFACTIO
