1、 音标基础学习一 元音字母和元音英语字母有26个，其中aei、ei:、iai、oeu、uju:五个字母是元音字母，其他的是辅音字母。元音字母发音时不受到发音器官的阻碍，辅音是指发音时受到发音器官的阻碍发出的声音。（还有一个是半元音的Y，所谓的半元音其实就是非元音，是因为Y有时候读/i/和/i:/两种读音，比如单词city、baby等。）音素是英语发音的最小单位，我们叫音标。音标分两大类:元音和辅音。音节主要以元音为中心，元音前后可有一个或多个辅音。例如 /bi:/ 是由 /b/ 和 /i:/ 两个音标构成的。英语有48个音标，其中元音音标 20个，辅音音标28个。 （单词中的元音字母发元音音标
