1、标准协议之3GPP标准协议所有3G和GSM规范具有一个由4或5位数字组成的3GPP编号。（例如：09.02或29.002）。前两位数字对应下表所列的系列。接着的两位数字对应01-13系列，或3位数字对应21-55系列。词3G意味着采用UTRAN无线接入网的3GPP系统，词GSM意味着采用GERAN无线接入网的3GPP系统（因而，GSM包括GPRS和EDGE性能）。21-35系列规范只用于3G或既用于GSM也用于3G。第三位数字为0表示用于两个系统，例如29.002用于3G和GSM系统，而25.101和25.201仅用于3G。其它系列的大多数规范仅用于GSM系统。然而当规范编号用完后，须查看每个
