1、西安中科麦特电子技术设备有限公司知识产权运营分析摘要 改革开放以来，虽然国内一些知名企业也成功地研发并运营了知识产权，从而在国际市场上具有较强的竞争力。但是，从总体上看，与发达国家相比我国企业在此方面还有很大的差距。我国现阶段很多企业的知识产权管理意识不强，缺乏知识产权管理机构的设置，缺乏合理的知识产权管理制度和组织结构，缺少对知识产权信息系统的利用，对知识产权的管理仅仅局限于知识产权保护的级别上，这些都限制了我国科技企业在国际市场上的竞争。论文以科技企业为主要研究对象，探讨了企业发展阶段与知识产权运营之间的内在联系，并以西安中科麦特电子技术设备有限公司为具体的案例分析对象，进行了实证研究，本
2、论文的主要内容包括以下几个部分：首先，梳理了国内外相关研究现状，并给出了知识产权管理的相关理论基础，界定了知识产权管理的内涵和科技企业知识产权管理的内涵，并介绍了企业生命周期理论和技术生命周期理论。然后，系统的分析了科技企业知识产权管理的发展现状，在介绍世界科技企业知识产权管理现状之后，重点分析了我国科技企业知识产权管理的现状，并指出其存在的不足。然后，对西安中科麦特电子技术设备有限公司（以下简称中科麦特公司）发展阶段和知识产权的运营情况进行定性分析，通过论述该公司的不同发展阶段中知识产权的运用情况，总结出知识产权的运用在中科麦特公司不同发展阶段所发挥的作用，并指出该公司不同发展阶知识产权运营
3、存在的问题。再次，运用综合模糊评价方法，构建了西安中科麦特公司不同阶段知识产权管理绩效评价模型，并论述了具体的评价过程和结果，通过实证分析可知，公司在初创阶段，其知识产权的运用效果不佳；在成熟阶段，知识产权的运营和基础管理比较完善；在发展阶段，知识产权的管理基础和运用表现为“很好”，但是知识产权的保护和经营指标得分高，这也是中科麦特公司知识产权管理今后的努力方向。最后，提出完善科技企业知识产权运用的优化策略。关键词：科技企业；发展阶段；知识产权；运营及问题Abstract Since the reform and opening, the domestic some well-known en
