4、vement;itsalsobeenusedasameanstogivemomentumtoasetofcauses.andthatiswhyiwillacceptthisawardasacalltoactionacallforallnationstoconfrontthemonchallengesofthe21st-century. thesechallengescantbemetbyanyoneleaderoranyonenation.andthatswhymyadministrationhasworkedtoestablishaneweraofengagementinwhichallna
