4、practice.The main research concepts summarize as follows:1. Fundamental theories of human resource management. The concept of humanresource and human capital are given, and then human resource management theoryin china and abroad is discussed deeply, thereby the human resource managementcharacterist

5、ic and difference of china are found out with abroad.2. Issues of property right about human resource management. Property rightconstitutes and evolvement of human capital is studied by economics theory andmethod. And then the quantitative method and application in practice are worked over.3. Human

Inaccording of human resource management direction of new economy, namelyevaluating stuff with task to with capability, the application in human resourcemanagement of knowledge economy age of people capability maturity mode isstudied mainly.
