1、2012.6.25Today is the first day for me as an intern. I am very exciting and nervous to knowing new colleagues and work environment of the company which name is Zhichun property management co.,Lid.For I arrived here today, The company arrange me to do noting true work. I mainly acquaintance rough inf
2、ormation of this corporation. Mr. wang, the manager of finance section, instructs Miss Liu introduce the basic information of this corporation. According to her introduce, I know that The company was established in June 2001. It located on the high technology central of ZOL, which has convenient tra
3、ffic and attractive point on map. The corporation manages the building of Kunxun, Which contains 20000m2 areas of structure, modern central air-condition and electric power system, and adapt the request of era. For today is almost end day of this month, the work of finance section is heavy. They jus
4、t nod their head when I say “Hi” to colleagues, has no time to talk with me. I have a little sad, But I know that my first job have stared. I will practice myself with great efforts so that I can learn more knowledge for my future. 2012.6.26 Through observe and learning of first two days, I have a r
5、ough acquaintance with business of this corporation and the section of finance, and know my colleagues in my own section. Today, I have learned some knowledge about accounting voucher, account book, report forms and other data concerning our major. Then Miss Liu introduce everyones work in finance s
6、ection. Containing Ministration, accountant, cashier and other post, everyone knows the work which they should do. Even though everyone has a great deal of mission, the company can run orderly. I check out true account data which broaden my horizons. At the same time, I understand that learning acco
7、untancy not only depends on the book, but also combines the knowledge on the book with practice. 2012.6.27Today I arrive office early, and I clean the office and desks, waiting my colleagues come.I had a general understanding about my corporation yesterday. Today Miss Liu require me learning somethi
8、ng about finance system and other regime, which all accountancies should bear in mind. Though learning this information, every accountancies clearly knows what he should do. In addition, I am acquainted with many section such as which has intimate relationship with finance section. I realize that I
9、cant learn so many clauses and subclauses at once. I should learn it step by step in next days, just like the old saying : With time and patience the leaf of the mulberry becomes satin. 2012.6.28Today I assist accountancy and cashier to clear up May voucher and bind them to book. Today, casher teach
10、 me bind my first cash payment voucher. She tells me how to bind voucher to book. Firstly, we should clear up voucher of accountancy from accountancy and casher by tape and number, and check out weather every vouchers has original voucher. Secondly, inquiring voucher. In order to find voucher which
11、lose number, I click “Chick Voucher” below “Voucher”. Then, the reason should be print out.Finally, using line put all paper together. Accounting voucher has been well done after pasting wrappages. When the first voucher was bookbinding, I can clear up vouchers by myself in the next day. 2012.6.29To
12、day is the 5th day that I am an intern in corporation.I realize that the accountancy acquires much caution and conscientious, when assisting my colleagues to work out reports form. So without careful attitude and rigorous though, you will not do your work well.At the same time, I know that the posit
13、ion of accountant is not a inflexible work. It can change flexibly according to physical truth of the corporation. For instance, though setting “Capital form high up”, this decline of accountant will reflect two corporations relationship objectively. 2012.6.30I find out business process that we cant
14、 learn in our textbook, when checking previous accounting documentation. For instance, a lot of trade accounts payable is not using units bank card, but using personal bank card, and adding accounting voucher on personal bank card. I find many unknown accounting subject and classification item, when
15、 learning finance regulations. We previously know period expense include management fee, selling expenses, finance expense and so on, but dont know how to deal with it specifically. For instance, the manpower resource is in charge the salary.Today my intern widen my horizon, I will work hard so that
16、 I can learn more knowledge.2012.7.1Today is the seventh day in the enterprise. When to help colleagues to check-out and preparing financial statements, I realize that accounting work is meticulous work. Accounting job requires no bad fraction, therefore no serious attitude and rigorous idea cant do accounting work. At the same time, throu
