3、爆炸式增长，教育投资、知识充电成为当下 最热门的投资形式。同时国家教育中长期规划纲要也鼓励民办高等院校的成长, 给民办高等院校的发展壮大提供了千载难逢的机会。民办高等院校的整体办学 质量较低、内涵式发展战略滞后、师资力量薄弱、学科建设水平低、办学层次 低，民办教育仍然处于一个提高教学质量、强化校园管理、塑造文化品牌、增 强基础实力和树立威信名誉的阶段。 面对上述的挑战和机遇，民办高等院校应该高瞻远瞩，勾勒学校的发展战 略蓝图，明确战略目标和定位，积极地实施战略管理。民办高等院校要想在激 烈的市场竞争中求的生存和持续发展，选择适应于自身资源能力状况和外部环 境变化的发展战略已成为未来成败的关键因
4、素所在。 本文正是在这样的背景下，通过梳理整合目前国内外民办高等院校发展战 略，以厦门南洋职业学院为研究对象，在深入分析其外部宏观环境、竞争环境 以及其内部资源能力状况的基础上，进行 SWOT 战略分析。最后在 SO、ST、WO、WT 战略的原则上明确了厦门南洋职业学院的战略目标，构建 了可供其选择的四种发展战略模式，密集式发展战略、内涵式发展战略、集群 式和联合化发展战略。提出厦门南洋职业学院发展战略实施的指导原则，并给 出发展战略实施的策略、措施和建议，为厦门南洋职业学院的未来发展提供理 论指导和实践借鉴。 本文的主要创新之处在于界定了民办高等院校发展战略的概念，通过厦门 南洋职业学院案例
5、分析，构建了其未来的目标和发展战略模式，提出了具有针 对性的对策建议。 关键词：民办高等院校 发展战略 厦门南洋职业学院 Abstracts Abstracts With the coming of knowledge economy era and the improvement of peoples living standard, peoples spiritual and cultural, recreational, educational knowledge of consumer demand shows explosive type growth, investment in

At the same time, the national education and long-term planning framework also encourages the development of Civilian-run Colleges and universities, to private institutions of higher education s development and growth provides a golde
7、n opportunity. Private universities in the whole school quality is low, the connotative development strategy lag, weak teachers strength, discipline construction level is low, low education level, private education is still a improves the teaching quality, strengthening the campus management, shapin
8、g the cultural brand, enhance the foundation strength and prestige, reputation of the stage. Facing the challenge and opportunity, private higher institutions should look far ahead from a high plane, draw the outline of the school development strategy blueprint, make clear strategic goal and orienta
9、tion, actively implement the strategic management. Private institutions of higher education want to in the fierce competition in the market seek survival and sustainable development, adapt to their own resources capacity and the external environment changes development strategy has become the key to
10、 the success of the influencing factors of the future. This article is in this background, through combing the integration of current domestic and foreign private universities in the development strategy, to Xiamen Nan yang Career Academy as the research object, analyzes the external macro environme
11、nt, competitive environment and the internal resources distribution, SWOT strategic analysis. Eventually the SO, ST, WO, WT strategic principle explicitly Xiamen Nan yang Career Academy strategic goal, constructs can be chosen for its several development strategy mode, such as intensive type develop
