5、析河南省工业发展的历史和现状，利用“中部地区崛起”历史机遇，提出“十二五”时期河南省工业发展的基本思路，即进行河南工业结构的调整与升级。同时结合2002年以来河南省工业的发展对国民经济的产业结构调整、从业人员结构、城市经济等方面的影响，向省委、省政府提出“十二五”时期工业发展的具体建议措施。全文研究内容主要分为七部分，第一部分是导论，说明研究背景、提出论文的研究问题，研究意义和目的、研究方法等；第二部分是基于“十二五”时期河南工业发展的理论分析，主要是结合国内外相关产业理论对河南工业的现状进行研究分析，并指出河南工业的特征以及“十二五”时期对工业结构升级与调整河南经济发展的意义；第三部分基于河
6、南工业发展的具体分析，总结归纳“十二五”时期河南工业发展存在的主要问题；第四部分在以上数理分析的基础上，指出“十二五”时期促进河南工业结构调整与升级的基本思路和原则；第五部分，“十二五”时期河南工业发展的政府应该注意的几个问题；第六部分，“十二五”时期河南工业发展的具体建议；第七部分为研究结论及局限，在本文分析的基础上得出研究的结论和展望，指出研究中存在的局限。关键词： 产业结构 区域经济 要素禀赋AbstractThe main subject of the 12th Five-Year period Henan pillar of economic development - indust

15、趋明显，河南工业无论在行业结构上，在空间结构上，在组织结构上都有所优化，都有了提升的新水平。本课题主要以“十二五”时期河南经济发展的支柱工业为研究对象，首先分析在河南工业发展过程中所暴露出的一系列结构、机制问题，并针对这些问题归纳分析河南工业发展的内在特征，在“中部地区崛起”历史机遇下，结合我省实际分析后危工业化时代河南省工业发展的历史和现状，从而提出“十二五”时期河南省工业发展的基本思路，即进行河南工业结构的调整与升级。同时结合2002年以来河南省工业的发展对国民经济的产业结构调整、从业人员结构、城市经济等方面的影响，向省委、省政府提出“十二五”时期工业思路和企业的具体建议措施。 第一部分是导论，说明研究背景、提出论文的研究问题，研究意义和目的、研究方法等；需要说明的是河南工业当前的主要任务不仅是完成克服欧债危机所造成的困难,带领全省经济平稳健康的发展，更重要的是要利用国务院发布“十二五”工业发展规划的契机，目前相对宽松的宏观经济政策，加快自身工业结构调整和产业升级,为经济可持续增长做好准备,这正是解决河南工业平稳发展的首要课题，这也是实现“十二五”河南工业健康快速发展的唯一可行思路。
