4、找改善方法并解决上述问题点，为正式生产在产品 质量上做必要的保证。 2.2. 范围范围 本规范仅适用于 XXX 公司手机电气特性测试。 3.3. 定义定义 UUT (Unit Under Test)被测试手机 EVT (Engineering Verification/validate Test) 工程验证测试 DVT (Design Verification Test) 设计验证测试 PVT (Product Verification Test)生产验证测试 4.4. 引用文件引用文件 成品检验规范XXX 公司作业指导书 5.5. 测试样品需求数测试样品需求数 总的样品需求为 12 台。 6
5、.6. 测试项目及要求测试项目及要求 6.1 初始化测试初始化测试 6.1.1 外观功能检验外观功能检验 在实验前都首先需要进行初始化测试，以保证 UUT 没有存在功能上的不 良。如果碰到外观上的不良则需要先记录然后开始试验。在实验后也要 进行初始化测试，检验经过实验是否造成不良。具体测试请参见成品 检验规范。 6.1.2 其他检验其他检验 6.1.2.1 内部结构检验内部结构检验 Purpose This is to check if there isnt any problem in the phone structure. Description Guideline for intern
6、al inspection of DUT after the test. Procedure Remove the cabinet, caps and shield and check following items: 1)Operability 2)Torque for screw 3)Wiring and its soldering 4)Soldering of parts and clearance with neighbor parts 5)Smoothness of moving-parts 6)Application of adhesive 7)Invasion of foreig
7、n substances Pass/Fail Criteria: Apart from the general pass/fail criteria the following results constitute a failure: Any damage including cabinet, shield, caps, PWB and battery Any wrong assembly Any change of performance 6.1.2.2 通话质量检验通话质量检验 Purpose This test is to confirm the subjective sound qu
8、ality of the phone. Description Check subjective quality of call and reception from Landline to mobile and from mobile to mobile. Procedure Temperature:235C Humidity: 35.70% rel. humidity According to the below list, check transmission/reception voice quality between L-M/M-M (L=Land line phone, M=Mo
9、bile phone). The test is a subjective test depending on the test- person and network conditions. If telephone line is not available the cellular tester can replace it. Pass/fail criteria Any deviation according to the table below must be reported for further investigation. VolumeNot enough sound vol
10、ume provided. Distortion at maximum volume. Voice qualityThe other partys voice is distorted. Low/medium/high tones are not balanced.(Check them by both male and female voices). EchoNoticeable echo appears at either party on the phone. Incoming call during conversationNotification or ringer is not e
11、ffective or too loud NoiseEither background noise (e.g. Electrical film noise (backlight), TDMA, random noise) or key0touch noise is detectable during call. 12、his check is performed to check the consistency between instruction manual and product. Description Check the content of the instruction manual except the functional description. Procedure Check items are: 1)Trouble shooting list 2)Technical data 3)Safety recommendations 4)Disposal and recycling rec
13、ommendations 5)Charging recommendations 6)Appearance of the product in accordance to the manual 7)Declaration of conformity (if applicable) 8)FCC statement (if applicable) Pass/fail criteria Apart from the general pass/fail criteria the following results constitute a failure: Any inconsistency in th
14、e instruction manual 6.1.2.4 Field test Purpose The purpose of this test is to confirm that there is no influence of electrical car equipment to the call quality. Description Check if disturbances caused by electrical car equipment have an influence to the call quality. Procedure Temperature:235C Hu
15、midity:3570% Rel. humidity Status of DUT: power ON Test set-up Perform the test handheld (co-driver!) and in a cradle (external antenna). Procedure 1)Set up a call to landline. 2)Start the engine. 3)Turn all electrical equipment on: lights, indicators, wipers, car radio, blower/air condition, heatin
16、g of back-window. 4)Turn all off (except ignition). 5)Repeat the same procedure while driving at 50km/h and 100km/h. Pass/fail criteria The following results constitute a failure: Disturbances, functional problems due to car use. 6.2 电子性能测试电子性能测试 6.2.1 耗电流测试耗电流测试 主要检验 UUT 在各种模式下的电流使用情况，并根据实际电池的容量在 理论上计算 UUT 各种工作模式的使用时间。 6.2.1.1 基本测试基本测试 测试样品：2 台 测试仪器：1.HP8960 & HP66321； 2.Dummy Battery； 3.测试 SIM 卡和实际网络 SIM 卡(移动卡和联通卡)； 4.安装 GPIB 卡 PC； 测试环境： 1.常温 25
