2、pment/设备:Withstanding voltage tester(耐压测试仪).5.0 General Instructions/说明:5.1 Tests may be conducted at any ambient temperature within a range of 10-40 (50-100). 测试可在1040(50100)之内的环境温度下进行.5.2 Unless otherwise noted, all tests are to be conducted with appliance connected to a 120VAC, 60Hz power source.

3、 除非另外标注, 否则所有样板都将连接在120V/60Hz电源下进行测试.5.3 All equipment used must be calibrated on an annual basis. Test duration is 1 minute 测试时间为一分钟.6.0 Procedure/步骤:6.1 Obtain a representative sample of the appliance to be tested. 准备一个有代表性的样机用于测试.6.2 Obtain Test Results Form TTR1007 and completely fill in the informati

7、on describing the sample and the equipment used prior to running the test. 用TTR1007测试结果的表格,在测试前完整地填入样机和使用的设备的情况.6.3 Connect the tester to supply mains of 220V/60Hz, push down the power button, and set the test voltage range to 2.5 KV, trip current to 55MIU , time to 65s, then push down “START” butto

8、n, turn the test voltage knob to some extent clockwise and insert the probe connected to red lead into the socket connected to black lead, pressing the “STOP” button when hearing alarm which shows that the tester is ok in function. Turn off the tester, and turn the voltage knob counter-clockwise to

9、its end. 耐压测试仪连接到220V/60Hz电源, 开启耐压测试仪电源开关,设置电压档为2.5KV,跳脱电流为5MIU,定时65s. 按下“测试开始键”,顺时针调节测试电压旋钮到显示屏上显示非零值,将其红线相连的测试棒插入黑线输出插座插孔,听到报警声时按下“测试停止键”,表示耐压测试仪功能正常,关掉耐压测试仪. 逆时针将测试电压旋钮旋到底.6.4 Operate the sample until thoroughly heated. 按照TAREGP1001在开口空载状况下运行样机到热稳定.6.5 Place the sample on the work bench and wrap

10、the motor enclosure with 1020 cm metal foil affecting the heat dissipations (if the enclosure area is less than 1020 cm, wrap it with the same size metal foil).停止运行样机, 将其置于绝缘工作台上,用1020cm锡箔纸盖住离马达最近的马达壳但不要影响样板散热,如果马达壳面积小于1020cm就用其同样大小锡薄纸将其全部包住.6.6 Plug the sample into the test socket and turn on teste

11、r. 将样机电源线的插头插入耐压仪测试插座,样机开关置于“ON”位.6.7 Make sure the control switch of the sample in “ON” position, touch the probe on the metal foil closely, then push down the “ START” button and turn the voltage knob letting the voltage from zero to the specified value gradually within 5 seconds. Turn off the tes

12、ter when test is over and turn the voltage knob counter-clockwise to its end. 开启耐压测试仪的电源开关,将测试棒紧触在锡箔纸上,按下“测试开始键”, 在5s内调节电压从0V起逐步到要求的测试电压值,听到耐压测试仪结束提示音,关掉耐压测试仪, 将测试电压旋钮按逆时针方向旋到底. 7.0 Results/结果:7.1 Use the corresponding Test Results Form TTR1007 to report all numerical results as the information desc

13、ribed below. 使用TTR1007测试结果的表格, 除报告所有数字结果外, 还有下列描述的数据.7.2 Clearly and completely describe all parts that are part of this evaluation. Include all model numbers, manufacturing date codes, materials, plastic part revision letters, and modification status. 清楚并完整地描述本评估的所有零件, 包括所有型号名称, 材料和塑料零件改版符号.7.3 Clearly and completely describe all special conditions of the test (i.e. Was the test performedin exact accordance with the test procedure or were there special variations).清楚并完整地描述所有测试的特殊条件(即按照测试程序实际进行的测试或特殊的变改).
