Reference to an Incoterms 2010 rule in a sale contract clearly defines the parties respective obligations and reduces the risk of legal compl

The Buyer bears full costs and risks of moving the goods from there to destination. 卖方仅负责在指定地
5、点备好货，买方承担将货物从指定地点运输到目的地的所有费用与风险。 FCA Free Carrier (named place of delivery)货交承运人(指定地点) The Seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier selected by the Buyer. The Seller loads the goods if the carrier pickup is at the Sellers premises. For that points, the Buyer bears the costs and

Terminal includes any place,
14、 whether covered or not, such as a quay, warehouse, container yard or road, rail or air cargo terminal. The Seller bears all risks involved in bringing the goods to and unloading them at the terminal at the named port or place of destination. 卖方负责将货物运输到指定的目的地或目的港的集散站，并负责将货物从运载工具上卸下来。Terminal可以是任何地点，
