3、特点研究专 业：行政管理硕 士 生：李 捷 签名： 指导教师：樊增强 教授 签名： 摘 要随着世界经济的不断发展，在信息、经济、资源全球化趋势的影响下，以跨国公司为代表的跨国直接投资（FDI），已经取代国际贸易成为世界经济发展的主推手。世界各国政府也通过制定相关政策，积极引进跨国公司投资，以此带动本国经济、技术的发展。进入21世纪以来，伴随着世界经济发展格局呈现的多极化格局，国际区域间的分工形式也发生巨大变化。在此背景下，区域分工主体由原本以国家为主体的形式，逐渐转向以跨国公司为主导的形式，科技进步与地域分工不断深化。2008年9月，美国“次贷危机”爆发，不久之后，蔓延于欧洲多国的“主权债务危
4、机”，使得全球性的金融危机不断扩大，世界经济走势变得扑朔迷离。因此，跨国公司能否突出重围，满足多元化与差异化的发展需求，从而获得更大的发展让人充满期待。本文通过对跨国公司相关理论的梳理，结合最新的数据与案例，归纳出跨国公司发展的新趋势和新特点。这一结论对于东道国更加合理有效地利用跨国直接投资推动本国经济发展，有着很好的借鉴意义。文章首先分析了跨国公司在全球范围内的发展现状，发现其新趋势和新特点主要表现在四个方面：1、跨国公司战略技术联盟的地位不断上升；2、跨国并购涉及的行业范围更加广泛且垄断性增强；3、跨国公司研发国际化，更加注重发挥产业和知识的聚集效应；4、品牌营销成为跨国公司营销的重点。其
5、次，回顾跨国公司在中国的发展历程，对跨国公司在我国投资发展的三个主要阶段（试探性投资阶段，19791991；持续增长与高速发展阶段，19912001；调整与提高阶段，2002至今）的主要特点进行归纳和总结。第三，通过具体的数据对比和案例分析，总结出跨国公司在中国发展的新趋势和新特点：对资金技术密集型项目的投资不断加大，服务业成为跨国公司投资的重点，投资的“集群化”和“独资化”倾向日益加强。最后，结合国际、国内跨国公司发展的新趋势和新特点，针对当前我国对跨国直接投资的引入和利用现状，提出相关的政策建议，以期更加有效的发挥跨国投资的推动作用，促进我国经济持续稳定发展。总体看来，要推动跨国直接投资在
6、我国的健康发展，必须做好四方面的工作：优化FDI的投资结构，平衡FDI的地域流向，促进FDI对“绿色经济”的投入，处理好FDI与国家安全的关系。当前，我国正处于经济社会发展的转型期，如何借助跨国公司的力量推进社会主义现代化进程，加快实施“走出去”“引进来”的发展战略，研究这一问题对于我国政府吸纳外资，构建“四化两型”社会有着重要的现实意义。【关 键 词】跨国公司；跨国直接投资；趋势；战略调整；策略【论文类型】应用基础 Title：A Study on the New Development Trends and Features of Multinational CorporationsMaj

In order to stimulate the national economy and technology development, governments are formulating new policies and attracting investment of multinational corporations. Since the beginning of the 21st century, the p
9、attern of the world economy were developing towards multi-polarization, and the international inter-regional division of labor has also undergone tremendous changes of form. In this context, subject of the regional division of labor has gradually transferred from countries to multinational corporati
10、ons; technological progress and the geographical division of labor are increasingly deepening. In September 2008, subprime crisis broke out in America. Soon after that, “sovereign debt crisis” spread in European countries, which made the global financial crisis continue to expand and the future of t
11、he world economy become bewildering. Therefore, the most anticipated event would be how multinational corporations could response to this crisis, meet the development need of diversification and differentiation and obtain greater development. This article will sort out some theories of the multinati
12、onal companies and analyze the latest data and cases to summarize the new development tendency and features of multinational companies. Its conclusion will have vital implications for each country that how can be more reasonable and effective to make use of transnational direct investment to promote
13、 economic development.At first，the article analyzes the development status of the multinational companies in the world, and find that there are four new trends worth mentioning: 1、the rising status of the multinational corporations strategic technology alliance; 2、a wider range of industries for cro
