3、策的研究，还有应对策略。论文将会将经济危机分为前后两部分进行阐述、由对金融领域的叙述引出外贸企业及外贸方式的研究与阐述。但就论文整体而言，更多的是强调后金融危机时代背景下我国外贸企业的研究，其中以中小企业为主。要求：1不少于1.2万字；2按进度和学院规范，在指导教师指导下进行。进度安排：学生签字：指导教师签字：年 月 日 经济危机背景下我国外贸企业外贸方式的转变与对策摘要2007年，一场起于美国而迅速波及全球的金融危机又不期而至。在全球经济一体化趋势越来越明显的今天，金融危机的发生比之前次冲击力度更大，影响范围更广，后果也更为严重，甚至连美国、西欧、日本等主要发达经济体都纷纷出现了衰退的趋势。
4、由于我国经济的外贸依存度高达近70%，又是世界第三贸易大国，出口的快速增长一直是拉动我国经济增长的重要动力。尤其是我国加入世贸组织之后，对外贸易持续快速增长，2002-2007年连续6年增速在20%以上，2008年虽然受到国际金融危机影响，进出口总额仍保持了17.8%的增速。同时，净出口对经济增长的贡献率也在不断增大，按照不变价计算，2002-2008年净出口对GDP增长的年均贡献率为1.4个百分点，贡献率为13.4%，对保持我国经济平稳较快发展发挥了重要作用。因此，这场危机的出现势必会对我国的出口造成一定的负面影响。并且通常，伴随着每一次危机的来临，必然会带来贸易保护主义的盛行。在这种情况下
5、，我国的出口贸易将遭遇一定的危机，特别是对开放度较高的沿海地区和产业更是如此。如何应对这种形势，避免对中国造成更大的冲击，保证出口贸易的稳定增长就是我们今天必须面对的问题。面对危机给我国外贸出口企业带来的巨大影响:如外贸出口和外贸顺差的程度明显下降;外贸出口企业利润下降、流动性不足以及失业率不断攀升等种种不利状况，本文试图从国际贸易的理论发展着手，在分析金融危机对我国出口的影响基础之上，通过进一步探讨我国商品出口的历程和危机中我国出口下降的原因，以期找到减少金融危机对我国出口贸易及经济领域冲击，保证和促进出口稳定、健康、快速发展的对策，以及一条使我国出口企业能借此机会及时调整产业结构，大力提高
