1、2019年采购管理研究论文 篇一：采购毕业论文 摘要 随着经济全球化的发展，在全球经济一体化进程加快，市场竞争日益激烈的环境下，降低采购成本，采用先进的信息技术，高效地与供应商协作，提高采购人员的素质，对提高企业核心竞争力具有十分重要的意义。 本文通过采购管理的知识理论着手，结合供应链管理的环境下的高效采购管理分析来展开。了解江铃底盘公司的采购环境，对其采购现状进行深入的研究后，通过对其采购管理过程存在的问题进行分析并寻求解决之道，从制定新的供应商关系管理、采购流程和采购成本控制等方面对江铃汽车底盘公司的采购管理进行调整。在采购过程中面临的一系列问题和解决这些问题的方案进行分析。公司与供应商的
