1、食品安全问题引起的思考和建议 民以食为天，食品安全向来都是人民生活之根本，国家稳定之基础，社会发展之前提。而最近接二连三爆出的社会食品安全问题，双汇瘦肉精事件，染色馒头事件，沈阳毒豆芽事件等着一连串的食品质量问题的曝光，却大大增加了我们对这一国之根本的关注和担忧。 仔细回想这一连串的食品问题，发现并不是偶然巧合，而是目前特殊条件下多方社会经济道德因素共同作用下的结果。我国目前正处于由计划经济向市场经济转型期间，原有制度在新的经济形势下明显有些“力不从心”，这就给一些不法分子提供了可乘之机，他们利用当前法律的盲点和漏洞，大肆造假，以谋取不法利润。当前社会大众对食品安全观念的淡漠也大大加重了食品安
2、全的危险，而且当前的政管力度尚需加强也是原因之一，个别地方政府处于对保护地方利益或一己私利的考量，对于食品造假者采取睁一只眼闭一只眼的态度，更加助长了造假者的嚣张气焰。此外，当前社会“金钱至上”“利润第一”的道德观无疑更加深了造假者的危害性。纵观原因种种，我们不难发现目前食品安全问题并不是一个孤立的现象，而是跟我们目前特殊的社会大环境有密不可分的联系，只有从多方面着手，才能真正解决当前问题。 面对当前日益严重的食品安全问题，我们大致可以从三方面着手 一、 加强食品源头质量监管，严格市场准入制度。搞好食品安全，必须从源头抓起，切实抓好种植、养殖、生产加工、批发零售和消费四个环节，做到环环相扣，全
3、方位监管。二、加强食品流通、消费领域的监管，提高上市食品卫生质量安全水平。食品质量是食品安全的关键所在，加强对食品质量的监管是确保流通、消费领域食品安全的重要任务。一是充分利用抽查、巡查和专项检查等形式，有组织有计划地开展食品安全的监管工作。 三、加强新时代的社会道德教育刻不容缓。所有那些昧着良心的造假者无一例外的是道德沦丧的德典型。对于这种“向钱看，向厚赚”的社会风气，只能从加强社会道德教育层面上去解决。另外，放开媒体监督、允许民办报纸，言者无罪。加强对企业的监督。 四、消费者本身在购买商品时应加强自我防范意识 ，例如：注意看食品包装标识是否齐全，注意食品外包装是否标明商品名称，配料表、净含
4、量、厂名、厂址、电话、生产日期、保质期、产品标准号等内容；注意看食品的生产日期或失效日期，注意食品是否超过保质期等等。 所以，从食品安全入手，做好方方面面的工作，只有这样百姓才能安居乐业，和谐社会才能真正建立。Thinking of food safety issues and recommendations arising As we all know food safety has always been the root of peoples lives, the basis for national stability and the premise of social develop

However,recently social food safety issues appeared one after another ,such as Shuanghui lean events, stained bread incident, Shenyang, poisoned bean incident and so on which exposed the problem of food security, and it greatly increased our understanding and worries of the fundamental concern
6、s of our country. Recall that this series of food security issues carefully , we can find that it is not a coincidence , but resulted from a special condition which present socio-economic and moral factors in multi-joint action.On one hand China is currently during the transition period from planed
7、economy to the market economy , the original system in the new economic situation was somewhat powerless, which gives criminals an opportunity to capitalize some of their blind spot using the current laws and loopholes to make many deceiptive behaviors , in order to gain huge profits.on the other ha
8、nd the current concept of public indifference to the safety of food has greatly increased the risk of food safety, also the current efforts still need to enhance the political control as some other local governments try to protect the local interests in their own self-interest or considerations, the
9、y fraud to take an eye, one eye closed attitude toward food safety issues, so that contribute to the arrogance of counterfeiters. In addition, the current society, money first profits first no doubt deepened the moral dangers of counterfeiters. Throughout these reasons, we find that the current food
10、 safety problem is not an isolated phenomenon, but nextricably linked with our current special social environment.so we must settle these issues from different areas in order to truly solve the problem. In the face of increasingly serious food security issues,as far as I am concerned we can generall
11、y start with three approaches. First, we must strengthen the quality supervision of food sources, build strict market access system.and Improve food security,we must start from the source, earnestly carry out planting, breeding, production, processing, wholesale and retail and consumer four links, s
12、o interlocking, all-round monitoring. Second, increase food distribution, consumption monitoring, improve the quality and safety standards of food hygiene market. Food quality is the key to food security, strengthen the supervision on food quality is to ensure that circulation, consumption of food s
13、afety an important task. The first full use of spot checks, inspections and special inspections and other forms of organized and planned to carry out the monitoring of food safety. Third, to strengthen the social and moral education in the new era . All, without exception, those unconscionable count
14、erfeiters is moral bankruptcy of the German models. For this money, to make thick, the general mood of our current society, can effecttively be solved by reinforcing the social and moral education system. In addition, the release the monitoring of the media, allowing private newspapers to publish th
15、e social phenomenon,.increase the supervision of the enterprise.can also work. Fourth, when consumers buy goods they should strengthen themselves in self-awareness of prevention, such as pay attention to see whether food labelinis completed, attention to food packaging is marked with its products na
16、me, list of ingredients, net weight, name and address, telephone number, production date, shelf life, product standards; note whether the food or production is out of date and so on. Therefore, our society should starte from the food safety issues and do all aspects of the work to improve and guarantee the food quality, it is the only way that people can live better , and harmonious society can be truly establ
