12、业课程建设的调研报告： 一、开展专业市场调研的指导思想社会经济发展和科技进步对在生产、服务、技术和管理第一线的高素质劳动人才的要求，特别是随着市场经济结构的调整，模具加工行业正向着快速、经济、精密、智能等多元化方向发展，这势必对我们的职业教育的专业建设与发展以及人才培养等方面提出了新的要求。因此，我们应针对该专业所面向的行业，广泛开展社会调查，了解企业对用人的建议、要求，调整专业方向，培养出适合行业需要的人才。 二、模具行业中应用型人才需求调查我们走访对象主要是沿海地区的企业，如青岛海信、山东唐骏欧龄汽车制造有限责任公司、山东万龙模具有限责任公司、歌尔电声有限责任公司、寿光泰丰集团等十多家企业
13、，分别与人事部门的负责人、模具加工车间主任、技术人员、操作工人，以及本校毕业生等不同层次的人员接触；通过这些不同形式的社会调查发现：模具技术人才在机械、电子、信息、塑料等产业有大量的市场需要。进入21世纪，模具CAD技术逐步普及，企业对模具设计人才产生了从数量需求向质量需求的深刻转变，模具专业的毕业生从大多数从事模具设计到只有少数人才能从事模具设计工作，而更多的毕业生必须走向模具制造等操作型岗位。由于数控加工技术在模具制造中快速发展，操作各类数控加工设备进行模具零件制造成了模具专业毕业生重要的从业岗位群。因此，中职毕业生的就业岗位从过去的以模具设计为主转变为只有少数人在模具设计岗位上，而更多的
14、是在模具装配岗位、模具加工制造岗位、模具制造管理岗位、调度岗位上。三、围绕行业岗位需求，开展调研工作我们的调研工作主要围绕着以下三个方面的内容来开展，一是模具专业的毕业生和毕业后主要从事的岗位群，二是完成这些岗位群的工作任务应具备哪些能力，三是模具加工行业的对人才新要求与课程的影响等。本专业必备掌握模具制造工艺与设计技术专业基础理论，具有较强的模具制造和维修能力，具有数控设备的编程、操作、维护技能，具有专业技术的综合应用能力和一定的工作创新精神，适应生产、管理、服务第一线需要的中等技术应用型人才。1本专业毕业生主要从事模具设计与制造行业的模具加工、装配、维修试模工作，也能参与一般的模具制造行业
15、的设计和试验工作，经过三年的学习和实训，按专门化的培养方向分别可以担任以下岗位群的工作： （1）模具制造的数控加工人员； （2）模具制造的普通机床机加工工人；（3）新产品开发中模具、工装夹具的开发设计人员； （4）车间技术员，车间工艺员； （5）模具钳工； （7）模具维修工；（8）塑料模具生产制品行业的挤出工、注射工；2调查职业岗位群所需的能力这次调查发现，对中职模具专业人才的能力，以下的基本能力仍然的必须的，即通常所指：能力是指完成一定活动的本领，包括完成一定活动的具体方式，以及顺利完成一定活动的心理特征。以上模具行业岗位群所需的综合能力是指完成模具加工、设计活动所具备的综合本领，它可以分解
16、为社会能力、方法能力和专业能力。（1）社会能力是指从事职业活动所需要的社会行为能力；强调在职业活动中对社会的适应性，重视从业者应具有积极的人生态度，如自律、自我管理能力；团结协作能力；语言表达能力；对外交往能力；理解与应变能力；计划实施、安排及自我检验与评估能力等。 （2）方法能力是指从事职业活动所需要的工作方法、学习方法方面的能力，强调在职业活动中运用这些方法的合理性、逻辑性和创新性。如：计算机操作能力；新技术捕捉与检查能力；数字运用能力；写作能力等。（3）专业能力，是一种专门的独特的能力。从工作过程角度分析，专业能力是专业的技术能力和业务能力，强调对职业活动技术领域的应用性、针对性。模具设计与制造专业的专业能力同时也在发生一些变化或调整，主要是对专业基础能力和专业能力侧重点有所变化。专业基础能力是该行业岗位群中各个专门化岗位所共同需要的能力。如机械制图绘图和识图能力、确定热处理方法及金属材料选择能力、使用机械设备
