11、,thatthepartieswill“loveandcomfort,insicknessandinhealth”foranestimatedlengthoftimedescribedintheContractas“aslongastheybothshalllive.”CountOneBreachofContract6.TheDefendantbreachedtheContractbyfailingandrefusingtoofferaidandcomforttothePlaintiffaftershestumbledoffacurbinfrontofthehotelwherethecoupl

12、eintendedtoenjoyaromanticandrestfulthreenightsbeforebeginningtheirhighlyanticipated,hugelyeGpensiveandmeticulouslyplannedarchaeologicalhikingtourofremotehistoricalsitesinIsraelandJordan.Thefallfracturedthefifthmetatarsalboneofherrightfoot.ItisnotrelevanttothecomplaintthatneitherthePlaintiffnortheDef
