3、ralizing Now ,Zhangxin and Wanghai are big bosses. But only after becoming big bosses do they realize that being a big boss is no easy job. When they were bosses of a small business and had a small market share, they had only a couple of factors to consider. Whenever a problem occurred, a brief disc

4、ussion between the two would yield a solution. Decision making was simple and timely, and implementation prompt and thorough. Now, however, with their business rapidly growing and the market constantly changing, it is no longer possible for the two bosses to do things in the old fashion. They cannot

5、 afford to make decisions for everything and personally implement every decision.
