3、第一句的第一个单词必须在Dear称呼的直接下面。以后每段开头都要与第一段第一个字对齐。信尾的客套话和签名都写在右下方。朋友之间写信一般都使用折衷式,而且称呼与正文之间一般不空行。,地址:从小到大,写信人的地址:中国 山东省 日照市 东港区 秦楼街道 山东外国语职业学院 航空旅游学院 5班 Class 5, Air Travel Institute, Shandong Foreign Language Vocational College, Qinlou Street, Donggang District, Rizhao City, Shandong Province China/PRC(由小到

4、大),年份应完全写出,不能简写。 月份要用英文名称,不要用数字代替。 月份名称多用公认的缩写式。但 May, June, July, 因为较短,不必缩写。 写日期时,可用基数词1,2,3,4,5,28,29,30,31等,也可用序数词 lst, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 28th, 29th, 30th, 31st等。但最好用基数词,简单明了。,关于日期的写法,应注意以下几点:,January (Jan.) 一月; February (Feb.) 二月; March (Mar.) 三月; April (Apr.) 四月; May (may.)五月; June (Jun.)六月;

5、July (Jul.)七月; August (Aug.)八月; September (Sept.)九月; October (Oct.)十月; November (Nov.)十一月; December (Dec.)十二月 .,日期可有下列几种写法:, Oct. 20, 2007 20 Oct, 2007 20th Oct, 2007 Oct. 20th, 2007 按美国习惯, 最为通用日期的写法,月、日、年,月份用英文,日和年用阿拉伯数字。例如:2008年9月8日应写成:Sep. 8, 2008 或 _09/08/2008_,称呼:,(1)写给机构: A.不认识负责人:Dear Sir or
