5、ction执行内容Analyst分析员1. Check the balance for visual clean, without sundries. Connect Analytical Balance to the power; turn it on, warm-up for about 30 minutes.目视检查天平表面清洗，无杂物。接通电源，打开天平开关，预热约30分钟。2. Unload the weighting pan and press “on” key.空载秤盘，点击“On”键。3. The analyst who uses the balance first in th
6、e day should calibrate it according to (Attachment B).每天第一个操作天平的人参照分析天平校准规则（附件B）对天平进行校准。4. Before use, check the balance according to (Attachment C)。每次使用前，按照分析天平日常核查规则（附件C）对天平进行核查。5. Place weighing sample on the weighing pan, wait until the stability detector“o”disappears. Record the result and fill
7、 in attachment A (Attachment A).样品称量：将样品放在秤盘正中，等待稳定状态探测符“。”消失，读取称量结果，填写分析天平使用记录（附件A）。6. When not in use, keep pressing the “Off” key until “Off” appears in the display, and the balance turns off.天平不使用时，按住“Off”键不放直到显示屏上出现“Off”字样，再松开键，天平即关闭。7. Send to QA for review every month and then archive it in A
8、C. 每月将分析天平的使用记录送交QA复核，复核后在AC归档保存。Note: How long should this records be reserved depends on clients requirement. If the client did not require it, keep them for 5 years and inform the client before destroying the records./保存时间以客户要求为主，如客户无要求，则保存5年，销毁前通知客户。8. Periodic calibration for analytical balance

The balance must be turned on for 30 minutes before verification. Prepare required calibration w
11、eight ready.校准前30分钟开机以达到工作温度。准备好校准用砝码。2. Unload weighing pan. Keep Pressing button until “CAL” appears in the display. Release key. The required calibration weight value flashes in the display./ 让秤盘空载，按住直到出现该字样后松开，所需的校正砝码值会在显示屏上闪烁。3. Place the required calibration weight in the center of pan .The ba
12、lance adjusts itself automatically. When “0.0000g” flashes , remove the adjustment weight./ 放上所需校正砝码在秤盘的中心位置，天平自动的进行校正。当“0.0000g”闪烁时移去砝码。4. The calibration is finished and pass when “CAL done” appears briefly in the display, followed by “0.0000g”,the balance is back to weighing mode, calibration don
13、e./ 当在显示屏上短时间出现“CAL done”，紧接着出现“0.0000g”时，校准结束并通过，天平回到称量方式，校准完毕。5. Fill in the daily calibration record in ，you must fill in date ,time，operator and fill “calibration pass or fail” in the note column， cross out the other columns.于分析天平的使用记录里填写校准记录，写上日期，姓名，于备注一栏里填写pass or fail，划掉其他栏。The periodic calibration does every 6 months. Please refer to attachment C,
