12、任任职资格与岗位职责1、任职资格参见护理部主任。2、岗位职责（1）在护理部主任领导下，协助主任处理护理部业务和行政管理工作。（2）检查所管科室基础护理、重病护理、各级护理制度实施情况。定期巡视所管科室，了解护理服务质量、病人及医生意见，及时小结并把意见反馈给病区以改进工作，指导对危重病人的护理抢救工作。（3）参与所管科室的护理查房、护理病例讨论、护士大会、区护士长会议。（4）负责所管科室病房管理、整体护理、院感控制、教育培训、科研等工作的实施情况，定期对所负责实施的内容进行反映，提出改进意见及追踪改进后的效果。（5）每周至少向护理部主任汇报工作情况一次，遇有重要事情及时汇报。密切与各科室、各部

14、草拟工作计划和总结，承办日常事务。（3）深入临床一线，督导病区管理和各项护理工作质量，检查护理各项规章制度和护理技术常规的执行情况，对护理缺陷、事故进行认真调查、分析、处理，不断改进工作；了解危重病人病情，广泛征求病人意见，发现问题，及时解决，并制订防范措施。（4）负责护理质量交叉检查的组织工作，每季度对护理质量、护理缺陷、输液（血）反应进行定期分析，向护理管理委员会反馈结果。（5）负责护理人员规范化培训和继续教育培训，安排全院性护理学术活动，组织全院护理人员技术培训与考核。（6）负责护士注册管理，具体落实进修、实习护士的培训计划，指导实习护生的带教管理工作，对临床教学工作及时提出建议和要求。
