1、 学校区总体规划2012富蕴县第二初级中学校园规划方案 我校根据富蕴县对城区总体规划，为把校区建设成布局合理、功能齐全、风格独特的花园式、生态型的校园，要求规划高起点、高标准、具有超前性、体现时代性、具有现代性、体现活泼性，做到人与景物的和谐统一，特将规划设计的有关事宜分述如下： 一、总体规划思路 （一）总体规划理念 学校是一个不断发展的生长体，教学是学校的核心，因此，校园总体规划应达到具有：活力、简约和宽松的境界。 活力象征校园是一个生命体，可一次规划、分期建设、不断发展。 简约崇尚现代科学严谨、简洁的精神。 宽松塑造培养人才个性和潜力发展的土壤，创造有利于教学、科研、管理和服务的良好功能关
2、系。 （二）总体规划原则 1系统论的原则 总体规划始终以系统论为指导，整体地、全面地、系统地考虑问题。 2动态设计的原则用发展的眼光看问题，充分考虑校园规划建设的适应性、灵活性和发展的弹性，力求远期发展和近期建设的平衡，体现规划设计的现实性、经济性和可操作性，形成建设发展的良性循环。 3生态保护的原则 利用校园丰富的自然环境，营造洁净、高效、人性化的生态环境，注意与自然环境的有机结合，避免建设对环境造成不利影响，保持环境的整体性。 4以人为本的原则 充分考虑校园的发展、管理和运作模式，以及各种人员的行为特征，以此为基础进行空间和环境设计。优化建筑群的合理分区及其相互关系，形成整体的建筑群体关系
3、。注重室内外空间环境的渗透及景观视线效果，结合当地气候特点，创造满足使用要求的建筑空间环境。体现自身特色，利用自然景观，同时创造新的人文景观，倡导具有时代气息的校园文化。 5绿色校园的原则 规划设计紧扣“花园式校园”的主题设计各种功能用房，体现环境意念和绿色校园的文化内涵，创造有利于师生学习、活动与教学科研的生动活泼、丰富多彩的校园环境。 （三）规划结构与功能分区根据校区地块呈长方形的特点，总规划布局把功能相同和相近的建筑适度聚集，形成两大功能区块格局，从而节约土地资源，共享公共空间。总图布局形成两大功能区块： 第一区块：教学区。该区是学校公共设施综合体，将教学主楼、活动场等组合在一起，形成校
4、园的主体建筑群。 第二区块：活动区。该区是体育设施群组，由室外田径场、地下冬季训练室等构成，形成校园的体育活动中心。 （四）功能分区的建议 1、规划设计要因地制宜，突出个性，做到布局合理，设施齐全。循以人为本原则，利用规划设计的手法，以环境艺术和景观设计为烘托，充分体现建筑物的空间形态和校园环境的内在联系。校园整体规划要视野开阔，景观气派。 2、规划要与地区文化、区域文化相结合，把校园 文化融入学校总体规划之中。规划设计要与地区气候、地形特征相协调。 3、要突出校园环境建设，根据规划区内的地形特征，充分利用规划区内以活动场、绿带、树木、流水等，通过点、线、面的有机结合，营造一个具有浓郁文化氛围
5、的育人环境，实现春华、夏荫、秋实、冬绿，使校区成为四季常绿、花园式、生态型的校园。 4、建筑风格应朴素、简洁、典、大方，具有鲜明的个性，寓意于校园。5、设计应重点考虑标志性建筑。与原有建筑的衔接。 6、总体规划容积率，绿化率，建筑密度。 7、新校门要与校园整体风格相适应，突出以人为本的思想，体现重点学校的特点。 8、所有强弱电、管网均采取暗铺。 9综合布线设计，各建筑均设置通讯、网络、有线电视、有线广播等端口。 10、校区地块一次性规划，分期建设。 二、2012年，校园建设规划： 1、中学生课桌凳：400套，每套450元，共计18万元。 2、会议室会议桌：70套，每套600元，另加主席台桌凳4
6、套，每套1000元，共计4.6万元。 3、电子屏幕（LED），学校大门口6平方米，小学楼13平方米，四楼会议室5平方米，预计12万元。 4、校园电视台班班通需要电视20台，每台4000元，预计8万元，布线安装费4万元，共合计12万元。 5、电子备课室需电脑20台。每台4000元，预计8万元。 6、粉刷中学部教学楼内外需要20万。 7、学楼前拆迁后空地绿化、美化及文化长廊建设共1865平方米，需要50万。8、学校后操场两家住家户拆迁需要100万。 9、篮球场安装高杆灯6盏，厕所前安装路灯4盏，教学楼前安装路灯5盏，每盏4000元，共计6万元。 10、由于学校连年扩班，学校校舍已经不够使用，需再盖
