how much 修饰不可数名词；how many 修饰可数名词的复数。 常用结构为： （1）修饰主语 how many +复数名词+谓语（+其他成分） how much+不可数名词+谓语（+其他成分） e.g. How many students came to the meeting? 多少学生参加了会议？ How much money is needed? 需要多少钱？ （2）修饰宾语 how many +复数名词+一般疑问句 how much +不可数名词+一般疑问句 e.g. How many books did you buy last month? 你上月买了多少本书？ How much money did you lend to him? 你借给他多少钱？ （3）做主语 how many of + the +复数名词（或代词）+谓语+其他成分 how much of+不可数名词（或it）+ 谓语+其他成分 e.g. How many of the students have gone for the holiday？学生中有多少去度假了？ How much of the meat has gone bad? 肉有多少已经坏了？
