For most girls in their 20s, love is what they eagerly look forward to and yearn for. They chase love bravely no matter what difficulties they may b

In real life, it is disputable that love is always bound up with many other factors, such as property and social status. People tend to find a balance between love and property. Pride and Prejudi

The five Bennet sisters: including Jane, who was simple, innocent and never speaks evil of others; Elizabeth, a clever and strong-willed girl, who bid defiance to the marriage w

In Pride and Prejudice, Jane Austen actually showed us several different views on love and marriage by depicting five marriages in her rational and humorous writing tone. Firstly, Jane and Bingley, who were considered as the happiest couple. Their marriage was o

Mr. Bingley, who was good looking and gentlemanlike, with a pleasant countenance and easy, unaffected manners, was the one every woman wanted to make themselves acquainted with. But he fell in love with Jane at a ball at the first sight. Altho
13、ugh the sister of Bingley strongly opposed to their marriage because of the distinct difference between their family background and social status, they finally overcame difficulties and made it. On the contrary, there was also mercenary marriage based on pecuniary benefit rather than true love in th
14、is book. Charlotte, a friend of Elizabeth, who thought herself neither a beautiful nor a rich girl, chose to marry stupid and shallow Collins out of economic considerations. In her mind, if there was no love, living a rich life was the best choice, which was an authentic depiction for the majority p
