3、3.1 Identification of “Flos Lonicerae and Radix Scutellariae” in SHL. (1) Test sol.: 1mL “Shuanghuanglian Koufuye” add 75%EtOH 5mLmix well. Ref sol.: a) Chlorogenic acid CRS add 75%EtOH 0.1mg/mL. b) Baicalin CRS add 75%EtOH0.1mg/mL. (2) TLC Condition: SP: Polyamide film; MP: Acetic acid solution(14m
