1、惠州雪人横流式冷却塔安装详细流程（第一部分）Huizhou Snowman cross-flow cooling tower installation process in detail（本安装流程图需要配合设计图纸才能看懂） 第二部分与第三部分由于文件太大，需登录：http:/在工程案例中查看。总则：General1、所有采用螺栓固定的地方，在整体冷却塔还没有安装好之前，螺栓不要拧紧，保持一定的张力，有利于其它部件螺栓孔对齐。2、所有螺栓采用2个平垫圈和一个弹簧垫圈和螺母固定。3、安装步骤上的代号与零件上的编号一致。4、有些零件上标明了安装的方向，必须按零件上标明的方向安装。5、图中红色部分

7、间有四块焊接的钢板，有钢板的面朝下，两端用M1040的螺栓固定。Note: To install BM02 four welded steel plate in the middle of the beam, steel plate face down, and ends with M10 40 bolt fixed. 第五步：安装集水盘底部中间支撑。Install the drain pan at the bottom of the intermediate supportCL03顶部的四个孔与BM02中间焊接钢板上的四个孔位对齐。用M1030的螺栓固定。Align the CL03 the

11、rain pan auxiliary beamBM13通过自钻自攻螺丝固定在横梁上，保持顶部在同一个水平上。螺丝的规格为ST5.535。注意BM13与集水盘边缘的距离为86mm，两条BM13梁之间的中心距离为300mm。在中心水缸安装位置，中心距为1200mm。BM13 by self-drilling self-tapping screws fixed on the beam remains at the top at the same level.
