7、单位建筑面积的计算核准，为销售部提供销售所需的图纸，并提供必要的技术支持；（8）施工方案，施工组织设计的审核；（9）协同工程部、合同预算部确定该项目所需的主要材料、设备；（10）严格控制施工过程中的设计修改，确保项目效果及投资控制；（11）新材料、新技术、新工艺的推广应用指导书的编写；（12）总体规划、建筑单体、室内设计、园林景观、标识等资料的收集、整理、分类、索引；（13）同工程部、合同预算部一起负责规划设计、建筑、市政设计、装修、景观设计、标识设计的招标、评标及合同签订；（14）整合市场上最优秀的各类设计公司、新材料、新技术，并建立资料库；（15）定期派遣人员在项目施工的不同阶段协助项目部
8、解决施工中的技术问题；（16）对项目设计，施工过程中出现的优缺点进行总结提炼。2、员工岗位职责 （1）设计部经理A、日常工作1）负责提供总体规划设计概念、风格及布局架构；2）负责审查各阶段设计任务书的编写；3）负责对各阶段设计的监理建设；4）负责对设计成果的评审和确定建设；5）负责提供设计配套及细印大样图意，包括建材、色系之选择建议；6）配合施工图修改和审核；7）负责对整个项目包括景观绿化风格效果整体把控；8）负责对售楼中心、样板房室内效果的把控。B、隶属关系1）直属上级：工程板块付总2）直属下级：结构设计师、建筑设计师、园林设计师、装饰设计师、水电设计师、文员C、岗位期望：综合全面地提升素质
9、，成为高级设计总监（2）建筑设计师A、日常工作1）广泛吸引掌握建筑设计资源，整合设计公司对建筑规划、建筑外立面效果及材料搭配并提出建议；2）协助有关部门对政府部门的设计报建业务及验收工作；3）保持与设计院的紧密联系，熟悉图纸、组织图纸等工作；4）处理好施工过程中出现的问题；B、隶属关系：设计部经理C、岗位期望：综合全面地提升素质，成为高级建筑设计师（3）结构设计师A、日常工作1）对接设计院的施工图纸并进行会审，保持与设计单位的联系；2）审核设计院的施工图纸并提出合理化建议；3）处理好施工过程中出现的结构施工及设计问题；4）协助有关部门对政府部门的设计报建业务及验收工作。B、隶属关系：设计部经理
10、C、岗位期望：综合全面地提高素质，成为高级结构设计师（4）装修设计师A、日常工作1）负责与装修设计单位衔接、沟通给出装修标准的概念；2）参与对原材料、成品、半成品和设备等在进场后的质量进行监控，参与本专业重大技术问题和质量事故的处理；3）了解、掌握新技术、新材料的资料及应用；4）监督装修单位的施工质量，把握工艺标准。B、隶属关系：设计部经理C、岗位期望：综合全面地提升素质，成为高级装修设计师（5）园林设计师A、日常工作1）负责园林景观设计管理工作；2）负责与景观设计单位的衔接、沟通，给出绿化、小品标准的概念；3）负责编写景观设计计划及施工细则；4）负责园林景观的设计组织会审工作；5）组织有关单
11、位、施工单位、设计单位进行图纸会审，把控效果关；6）掌握和运用新园景植物、技术和设备。B、隶属关系：设计部经理C、岗位期望：综合全面地提升素质，成为高级园林设计师（6）水电工程师A、日常工作1）协助设计经理做好水电设计及设备技术管理工作；2）熟悉国家的技术规范，把控水电产品的质量和要求；3）对接设计院图纸，并进行会审，保持与设计单位的联系；4）处理施工过程中的水电设计方面的问题；5）参与水电设备的质量评估及验收工作。B、隶属关系：设计部经理C、岗位期望：综合全面地提升素质，成为高级水电设计师（7）文员A、日常工作1）对本部门日常事务工作的处理，协调各专业工程师的工作；2）负责本部门文件的起草、
12、归档、打印、传递和档案管理工作；3）协助各专业对设计公司的接待及资料收集整理工作；4）作好新技术、新材料的收集整理工作；5）负责设计图纸的收发、归档及各专业图纸的对接工作；6）每周五上交“本周工作完成情况”，“下周工作计划”及“部门周例会会议记录”；7）每月22日上交“本月工作完成情况”和“下月工作计划”及“工作任务 单”。B、隶属关系：设计部经理C、岗位期望：朝管理方向发展，成为具有专业知识的高级文员运营保障部分行政管理、物业管理、党群工作和IT信息四个职能方向。行政管理下设综合主管、综合管理（内勤）、后勤保障、固定资产管理resource-processing enterprises th
