11、综合实验周计划活动名称：材料科学与工程学院材料10级时间安排：15周星期一7:50分开始，至17周星期五下午4：00结束。准备工作：1、15周星期一上午8：00在KXII311教室分布置实验周工作，做思想动员。2、各班班长务于15周星期一上午8：00前将本班参加实验周的全体人员名单、学号电子版交到KXII311备案。实验周的目的：实验周是一个总要的实践教学环节，是原理、工艺测试技术等知识的综合应用，通过实验周，达到培养学生理论联系实际、严谨的科学态度和分析问题、解决问题的能力。因此，要求每个同学遵守纪律，积极动脑思考，认真动手操作，发挥自己的聪明才智，争取在实验周中学到更多的知识和实践技能，提
12、高自己的综合素质。实验周的内容：第一关：精通铁碳相图关(闯关者必须带学生证)时间：第一关闯关截止日期第15周周四（12月12日）上午11：30；满分：100分内容：闭卷考试，徒手画出铁碳相图（可带尺子）要求： 1、标明Fe-C相图各点、线、的名称、温度、成分、各区包含的相。 2、 简图+文字说明:碳钢的淬火温度范围、正火温度范围、完全退火、球化退火温度范围。 3、在Fe-C相图上，标出20、45、T10钢所在位置，并写出从奥氏体状态的温度到室温的缓慢冷却转变过程，注：必须说明开始、结束转变温度点及转变产物，并用杠杆定律计算出铁素体、珠光体的相对量。（必须写出杠杆定律）4、全年级同学不排次序，随
13、时报名参考。5、报名方式：递交个人书面申请、申请由个人（不能代交）交到实验室后由试验老师填写收到时间：年 月 日 时 分。同时报名者次序可并列。6、考试顺序以个人申请顺序逐次考试，有一人考一人 。7、考试用时：25分钟 。8、闯关次数限制：3次/人。 9、评分方案一：第一次闯关成功者成绩100分（一个小错80分，2个小错60分，3个小错重考）；第二次闯关成功者成绩80分（一个小错60分，2个小错重考）；第三次闯关成功者成绩60分。三次闯关均不成功者本次实验周成绩为0，作弊者本次实验周成绩为0。代考者，代考人被代考人成绩都为0。逾期未过关者，本次实验周成绩为0，成绩为0者，无资格参加实验周的其余
14、部分。“小错”指：明显标记错误，但老师提问能够准确回答的。评分方案二：第一次闯关成功者成绩100分；第二次闯关成功者成绩80分；第三次闯关成功者成绩70分。三次闯关均不成功者本次实验周成绩为0，作弊者本次实验周成绩为0。代考者，代考人被代考人成绩都为0。逾期未过关者，本次实验周成绩为0，成绩为0者，无资格参加实验周的其余部分。-备用10、答题全对者，闯关成功、进入下一阶段。也就是说无一处错误者，才算闯关成功。11、张榜公布过关者姓名、过关日期。第二关：掌握碳钢的热处理原理时间日期：第二关截止日期第17周星期一（12月23日）下午4：30；满分：100分参加人员资格：第一关通过者。每组人数：最多
15、11人，打破班级界限（不允许本组成员全部为本班同学），自愿结合的原则。提交申请：组队成功后，每组选出正副队长，队长将本队成员名单上报指导教师，并领取实验材料20、45、T10、GCr15、QT、20CrMnTi（共计15块）及实验耗材；其中20、45、T10材料的热处理要求见实验报告。内容：1、查出每种材料的成分、Ac1、Ac3 2、确定材料正常的淬火加热温度。3、淬火加热保温时间的确定原则。4、回火加热温度、保温时间的确定原则。 5、绘出每种材料的C曲线。 6、确定材料的淬火冷却介质、回火冷却介质及选择原则。 7、绘制15种工艺的热处理工艺图8、完成5种材料15组工艺试验。 9、获取15组工
16、艺相对应的试样的硬度。 10、制备15组工艺相对应的金相试样。 11、观察记录15组工艺相对应的金相试样的金相组织。12、手工画出组织特征图并分析组织。13、分析20、45、T10材料，12组工艺的工艺参数：加热时间、工艺温度、冷却介质的选定正确与否。分析执行工艺过程中的操作环节及应注意的事项。 14、用C曲线示意每组工艺的冷却过程；用相图指出加热温度所处的区间。15、判定每组工艺的合理性与否。16、完成实验报告内其他的所有项目。（详细内容见实验报告）实验报告上交后的组员，可申请进入第三关。17、实验报告要求：字迹清晰，条理分明，论述清晰。如果发现有两处以上（包含两处）相同的实验报告，一经查明，相同者的成绩一律为0，本次实验周的成绩也为0。逾期未过关者，本次实验周成绩为0，对违反本决定而受惩者，如有异
