11、 through solid and effective work initiatives县三实小2014年学校工作总结本年度,我校立足实际,紧紧围绕“办人民满意教育”为目标,深入贯彻落实上级有关精神,以“党的群众路线教育实践”活动为契机,依法治校,全面推进素质教育,不断创新管理机制,深化教育教学改革,强化教学研究工作,确立了鲜明的品牌优势。现将一年来的工作总结如下:一、锻造队伍铸师魂学校以“创人民满意的教育、办人民满意的学校、做人民满意的教师”为宗旨,以“带一流队伍、抓一流管理、创一流质量、办一流学校”的办学目标,重管理,求效益,重质量,求发展,提升教师思想素质,构建了一支适应现代教育需要的

12、教师队伍。1、重视组织管理,领导率先垂范打造一支思想过硬、业务精湛、敢于创新、团结协作的教师队伍是促进学校又好又快发展的先决条件。学校把师德师风建设作为各项工作的重中之重,成立了以校长为组长、教导处、教研组和教师代表为成员的师德建设工作领导小组。明确职责分工、职责范围,建立健全各项规章制度和师德工作例会制度。以校长为核心,制定师德建设工作方案、组织教师制订学校发展规划,通过开展丰富多彩的师德教育活动,做到有目标、有组织、有计划的扎实促进师德建设工作。2、制度措施健全,方法措施到位学校先后制订了县三实小师德建设实施方案、县三实小教师师德学习制度、县三实小师德考核奖惩制度等规章制度,并结合学校的实

13、际情况建立了师德评价指标体系,对教师职业道德进行量化考核,纳入到年度考评中去。(1)、建章立制,从制度上加以保证。学校从有利于师德教育的角度出发建立健全了各项规章制度,并在制度执行中做到了客观公正、严于规范。树立身边爱岗敬业、勤于进取的教师典型。利用红领巾广播站、板报、演讲、事迹报告等多种形式宣传师德建设,让教师感同身受,时刻注意教师形象,强化师德意识,树立为学校服务、为学生服务、为家长服务的意识。(2)、建立奖惩制度,从制约机制加以保障。把师德考核纳入到教师量化考核中去,细化师德考核细则,对于师德高尚、在工作中表现突出的教师在晋职评优中优先考虑。对因个人行为出现的有违师德形象的教师加强思想教

14、育,重点帮扶、限期整改。(3)、建立监督制度,多渠道促进提高。学校定期召开家长会宣传学校的“师德规范”,公示教师行为十不准、教师十条禁令,设立举报电话和反馈邮箱,设立监督员,加强监督。不仅提高了教师的思想认识和遵守职业首先规范的自觉性,而且加强了教师的品德修养,规范了老师的行为,教师中形成了爱岗敬业、廉洁从教、无私奉献的良好风气。(4)、加强师德学习,从正面引导中加以提高。学校建立了师德学习制度。一是确保在政治学习中突出师德教育内容,组织教师深入学习教育法义务教育法、教师法等法律法规及中小学教师职业道德、教师行为十不准等内容。使教师能够树立正确的教育观、教师观、学生观,从而在教学实践中做到心中

15、有数、有章可循。3、活动丰富多彩,德育环境浓厚为提高教师队伍思想素质和政治素质,促进师德师风建设,学校进一步解放思想,开展“走进校门树榜样、走出校门树形象”主题教育活动,弘扬“把爱心献给学生,把青春献给事业,把真诚献给同事”的崇高精神,树立“敬业爱生、教书育人、睿智奉献”的师德风范。学校还相继开展了我身边的雷锋、我身边的榜样、颂师魂、我为祖国站讲台师德演讲比赛;聘请濮阳县最美教师到学校做师德师风报告;组织教师撰写我身边的师德小故事寻找身边教师典型,从身边学起、从小事做起,在比学赶帮超中促提高、谋发展;开展我最喜欢的教师、最美教师评选活动,进一步提高教师素养;签订师德师风建设承诺书、向家长发放师

16、德建设征求意见表,规范教师行为;每学期组织教师撰写师德师风个人总结、心得体会等,让教师总结、反思个人师德师风存在的问题,并及时加以改正。借助活动的参与、熏陶,以先进的事迹感染人,以真挚的情感感化人,促使教师把加强师德师风修养变成自觉自愿的内在需要。二、深化课改促教研学校构建了学校 教务处教研(学科)组三级培训网络,明确培训重点,注重培训实效,使校本培训成为提高教师专业化水平的有效途径。首先学校利用每周2小时的业务学习时间,分教研组组织教师深入学习课改理论,开展主题研讨,并利用网络媒体组织教师听取专家学者专题报告,用新的教学理念武装头脑。其次开展以“教师专业成长的科学引领,教师专业发展的自我实现”为主题的系列活动。充分发挥教师个人、教师集体和骨干教师、学科带头人、教学名师的作用,倡导团队合作、同伴互助,在教学上互相开放、分享、支援,彼此支持,共同成长。开展教师课堂教学技能大赛,以赛促学,以赛选优。通过课
