11、老师，大家下午好。很感谢大家能够在这里听我的竞岗演讲，我所竞聘的岗位是系办公室副主任。孔子有云：“三十而立”。作为已进入而立之年的我，希望能为我系的发展尽自己一点微薄之力。因此，今天我来到这里，站在了这个演讲台上。下面我谈谈自己对系办公室副主任这一岗位的认识。没有规矩，不成方圆。作为直接面对学生，培养学生的单位，同样具有庞杂的日常行政工作需要处理。比如各级领导所下发的学习文件，需要办公室组织学习；系部及学院相关的会议，需要办公室通知提醒；每位职工的业务档案，需要办公室整理保存；系上举行活动之后，需要办公室撰稿上报。因此，作为办公室的一份子，这个岗位第一项职责就是协助系主任、党总支书记及办公室主
12、任处理好日常行政工作。纲举目张，日常行政工作理顺了之后，会为其他职能科室的工作带来便利。其次，作为办公室副主任，还需要负责系里教务管理及协调工作，主要包括日常教学管理、实习组织管理、教研室建设、专业群建设、“教风”建设、精品课程建设及人才培养方案修订等工作。日常教学工作看似琐碎，实则重要，这将直接影响教师教学水平的发挥、教学效果的体现。作为培养学生的教学单位，良好的教学质量是发展的硬道理。对于高职院校而言，在培养学生理论知识水平的同时，还需要兼顾实践能力的培训，落实好“工学结合，校企合作”的人才培养模式，从根本上体现职业教育的优势。而具体到我系的实际情况而言，需要针对专业特点和季节性安排各类实
13、习。这不仅是教育部的要求，也是企业、教师及全体学生的期许。只有做好了实训教学，学生才能够运用专业技术知识解决实际问题，学到真本领。而学生学到真本领之后，我们才能够在培养合格专业人才的同时扩大招生规模，使我系有更好的发展前景。我是2007年毕业后进入生物工程系工作的，2008年3月任系办公室党务干事一职，随后于2009年担任畜牧兽医、微生物技术及应用专业综合教研室主任。就我个人而言，在办公室行政工作及教学规律掌握上都有一定的经验，同时我本人具有较强的责任之心和对生物工程系的热爱之情。因此我认为自己完全能够胜任系办公室副主任这一岗位，也希望大家能够给我这个展现自我，为大家服务的机会。如果我能够赢得
14、大家的信任，我会兢兢业业做好每一项工作，为大家服好务，为我系的发展贡献自己的力量。如果没有选上，那表明我的能力还有所欠缺，我会在勤勤恳恳干好本职工作的基础上加强自身修养、锻炼自身素质，争取在下一次站在这个位置时能得到大家的认可。最后，我想借用刘禹锡的一句诗来结束我的演讲：“千淘万漉虽辛苦，吹尽黄沙始到金。”我相信，是金子一定会发光的！谢谢大家。适应角色转变，扎实开展团的工作共青团铁东区委书记的述职报告2011年是适应角色转变、思想进一步成熟的一年。这一年，自己能够坚持正确的政治方向，紧紧围绕党的中心，立足本职岗位，较好地完成本线的工作任务。自己政治觉悟、理论水平、思想素质、工作作风等各方面有了
15、明显的进步和提高。总的来说，收获很大，感触颇深。一、以德为先，进一步提升个人思想素质过去的一年，我以一个共产党员的标准，以一个团干部的标准严格要求自己，在个人的道德修养、党性锻炼、思想素质上有了很大的进步。一是道德修养进一步提高。作为一个团干部，我的一言一行、我的自身形象将直接影响到团委各成员，甚至更广大的青少年。因此，在日常的工作和生活中，我每时每刻提醒自己，从小事做起，注重细节问题，做到干净做人、公正做事，以平常心看待自己的工作，要求自己在工作中诚实、守信、廉洁、自律，起好表率作用。二是党性锻炼得到不断加强。不断加强自己的党性锻炼，我严格按照党章和中国共产党党员纪律处分条例来要求和约束自己
16、的行为，牢记党的宗旨，在团的工作中，以广大青少年的权益为出发点，务求时效。三是政治思想素质不断提高。一年来，我继续加强学习，积极参加理论中心组学习，经常自发利用休息时间学习，积极参加团省委组织赴井冈山革命传统与理想信念教育专题培训班、区委区政府组织赴清华大学县域经济培训班，通过“看、听、学、思”，进一步加深了对马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想的理解，进一步系统掌握了党在农村的路线、方针、政策以及对共青团工作的要求。特别是党的十七届六中全会以来，我通过学习原文、听专家讲课等，开拓了思想新境界，政治思想素质有了新的飞跃。二、以能为先，进一步加强组织工作能力在上级领导的信任和支持下，我本人也自加压力，抓住一切机会学习，注重与同事、与兄弟单位团委书记的交流，虚心请教，不耻下问，使各项工作都有序地开展。一是工作的统筹安排能力不断加强。我尽量做到工作提前一步，有计划、有安排、有预见性，保持思路清晰和决策的科学，力求操作有序，顺
