12、理课程所学的理论知识和方法; 培养学生分析和解决物流管理实际问题的初步能力； 熟悉物流管理人员和物流员工工作职责和工作程序，获得一定物流管理的知识； 虚心向管理人员和物流员工学习，培养热爱专业、热爱劳动的品德。 四 实习基本内容1. 了解企业总体情况：企业的发展历史；企业组织机构设置情况及各职能部门的职责; 重大变革；企业发展规划及发展战略；企业的产品结构，生产规模；企业生产经营的主要成就，企业经济效益的主要指标及完成情况等。 中平能化集团创立于2008年12月，由原平煤集团和神马集团联合重组而成。集团拥有两家上市公司、两个国家级技术中心和博士后工作站，形成了煤炭采选、尼龙化工、煤焦化工、煤盐
13、化工、煤电五大支柱产业和现代物流、高新技术、建工建材、机电装备四个辅助产业体系，拥有一批在全球、全国具有比较优势的产业和产品。2008年，该集团完成营业收入681亿元，实现利税78亿元，位居中国企业500强第80位、中国企业效益200佳第92位，预计今年营业收入将突破800亿元。最近，该集团确定在今后一个时期，加快向实现营业收入千亿元的目标跨越，奋力挺进世界500强，建设具有国际竞争力的新型能源化工集团2. 了解企业的物流管理和具体物流作业的运作方法, 主要包括: （1）库房和转运站选址时考虑的主要因素有关库房和转运站选址的费用因素，主要包括建设费用及物流费用（经营费用）两部分。库房和转运站的
14、选址定在市区、近郊区或远郊区，其未来物流活动辅助设施的建设规模及建设费用，以及运费等物流费用是不同的，选址时应以总费用最低作为库房和转运站选址的经济性原则。 库房和转运站的选址，应具有战略眼光。一是要考虑全局，二是要考虑长远。局部要服从全局，目前利益要服从长远利益，既要考虑目前的实际需要，又要考虑日后发展的可能。 （2）库房各种货区、货架布局的方法; 尼龙化工公司的库房主要有原料储存库房，半成品储存库房，成品储存库房，还有机械设备装配库房。 （3）转运站转运设施的布局方法; 尼龙化工公司的转运站布置在公司的两公里外，转运站由一个火车头和几十个车罐，有三列火车道，还有进行抽原料的机械装备，还有地
15、下管道等构成的。转运站的主要功能是将原料加压，通过地下管道输到尼龙化工公司中。 （4）仓库及转运站的组织结构和人员构成; 仓库及转运站的组织结构和人员构成主要包括仓库主管，主管助理，原材料库的仓管员和装卸工，半成品辅料库的仓管员和装卸工，成品库的仓管员和装卸工，储运。 （5）各类物流员工的工作职责和工作流程; 仓库的作业流程为，签订仓储合同、验收货物、办理入库手续、货物保管、货物出库。 所以每一位物流员工的工作职责和工作流程都应与之相符合。 （6）仓库及转运站配备的物流设备、机具等的功能和使用方法； 尼龙化工公司引进美国日本等先进设备来提高公司的综合水平，曾经实行过一套自动化管理的方案，因为内部各部门不是足够的协调，目前大部分过程仍为人工操作。 （7）仓库及转运站物流作业人员的检验、入库、出库、保管、盘点等工作程序和方法; 物料进货时，仓库管理员必须凭送货单、检验合格单办理入库手续，拒绝不合格或手续不全的货物入内。入库时，仓库管理员必须差点物资数量、规格型号、合格证件等项目、收料单的填开必须正确完整，供应单位名称应填写全称并与送货单一致。生产车间内所有物品摆放应按照以划分的区域进行摆放，还要及时保持车间内的整洁。
