11、ation, bring added 159 in non public enterprises, individually-1540, created a山西柳林陈家湾煤业有限公司先进班组事迹材料夯实班组建设 促进安全生产陈家湾煤业有限公司综掘队，我们队现有职工50人，其中班长4人，具有初中文化程度有41人，中专（中技）及以上有5人，高中文化3人；大专2人。 谈起煤矿班组管理，我们深刻认识到，安全是管理中的第一要务，白国周同志用长达20多年的勤奋努力、恪尽职守和安全无事故的事实告诉我们，只要合理科学的管理，班组安全工作是能够管好的。白国周班组管理法中核心内容是“六个三”，这与他不断探索安全生
12、产经验、严格落实安全措施是分不开的。今年4月份以来，我们矿率先将“白国周班组管理法”在全矿推广应用，因此，我们本着结合实际，真学、真用的原则，将白国周同志优秀的班组管理经验融入到现场安全管理当中，不断夯实班组建设，促进安全生产。 做为陈家湾煤业有限公司综掘队，我们感到，搞好安全生产必须紧盯每一道工序，抓住每一个管理细节。结合白国周班组管理法“六个三”和我们班组管理的实际，在此，就我们班组管理的一些具体做法简要汇报如下： 一、加强自身建设，夯实班组安全管理基础 （一）夯实班组安全管理基础。我们班工作量包括巷道支护管理，轨顺运输系统管理，两巷管路的拆除、及定置量化管理工作，战线长、人员少，为此，我
13、们通过“三到位”来强化现场安全管理。 一是交接班前安全质量验收要到位，即在接班时，由跟班班长和各班安全质量验收负责人一起对上一班施工质量、机电设备运转情况等进行安全确认，对存在的问题和设备故障及时整改，消除隐患，积极为工作面安全生产创造良好环境。二是班中安全巡检要到位，随着生产过程中作业环境的不断变化，班长要根据现场及时调整施工程序，对突发的安全隐患根据措施要求及时进行整改，确保安全生产。三是班后质量评估要到位，班后及时对本班安全状况、规格质量等进行检查验收，按要求填写交接班纪录，通过填写安全隐患写安全质量，工程进度管理牌的方式，提醒下一班需要注意的安全事项，为下一班的安全生产打下基础。 （二
14、）优化劳动组合，调动职工工作积极性。在劳动组合方面，我们的具体做法：（1）分岗不分活，分工不分家，即打破以往是什么工种就干什么工种活的弊端，所有工作安排都从全班利益出发。比如巷道支护工在完成自己工作任务的情况下，还要去拆卸两巷管路，还要帮助打运小组装料、卸料；而其他小组也是如此，在完成打运任务后，也要帮助定置量化小组去整理两巷的备品备件的定置量化管理。（2）为杜绝怠工现象，我们拿出每班每名职工工分的20%做为活动工分，根据当班职工的工作态度、工作质量、工作量大小等多个方面，由班组长综合评定，班后即将工分公布。通过优化人员配置，合理利用工时等一系列措施的执行落实，不仅缓解了人员紧缺的压力，提高了
15、工效，又避免了少数人钻空子，“磨洋工”，同时也调动了职工学业务、学技术的热情。 （三）加强班组长自身建设，严格落实岗位职责。班队长作为兵头将尾，是现场安全管理的“主心骨”，要有“钉子”精神，要有眼力头和前瞻性，这就要求我们班队长在现场管理中要做到“勤、精、严、细、实”。“勤”就是勤检查，勤督促，勤走动；“精”就是精心安排，精于管理；“严”就是严格制度管理，严于律己，严格把关；“细”就是心细，对工作中出现的各种问题细心研究，找出对策，落实整改；“实”就是将各类规章制度、技术措施责任到人，落到实处。 二、注重实际，推进质量标准化管理“日常化、规范化、精细化” 在质量标准化管理工作中，我们班能够认真
16、贯彻落实矿有关质量标准化文件、会议精神，自树高标，自我加压，用扎实的作风，高标准，加强现场质量管理。结合实际，进一步推进质量标准化工作日常化、规范化、精细化。1、是充分利用班前会、班后会，组织全班职工学习山西省、联盛集团公司、本矿安全质量标准化及细则，并将质量标准化规定动作纳入到班自主培训中，通过学习培训，不断提升班组职工质量标准化意识，使“上标准岗，干标准活”变成自觉行动；2、是将质量标准化纳入“隐患排查”中，实行闭合管理，班班落实责任人，同时，建立质量标准化工作长效机制，将质量标准化工作与矿开展的“弯弯腰”活动相起来，着力提高环境质量、系统质量、规格质量和人的行为质量。改变以往质量标准化工作为了应付上级检查，搞搞表面、抓抓形式的做法，使标准化工作真正转变为班组自主抓、自我管，最终实现质量标准化工作日常化、规范化、精细化。 三、以技能培训为抓手，提高职工技能水平 大多为新分来的学生和返岗职工，这些职工的技术水平参差不齐，为了把这些职工培养好，尽快担负起
