14、工验收两个月之内付清。六、甲、乙双方的责任1、甲方责任A、甲方委派现场负责人 。B、负责将所需水电接至乙方指定位置。C、及时提供乙方所需材料。D、负责协调机械设备安装和调试。E、负责分线（乙方派人协助）。F、负责购买统一工作服、安全帽，费用由乙方支付（工作服两套、安全帽一顶）。2、乙方责任A、乙方委派现场负责人 。B、进场时向甲方提供班组所有成员的身份证复印件，健康证明书。C、每日加班乙方必须指派现场负责人，负责施工安全，进度及质量管理。D、浇注砼时乙方必须指派专人值班，负责模板的质量处理，如发现乙方值班人员脱离岗位，罚款5002000元。E、及时提供材料计划表。F、甲方负责工人住宿及水电费用
15、G、甲方指定的工作乙方不及时完成，甲方有权另行安排工人完成，所产生的工程费用从乙方工程进度款中扣除（注：技工按400元/天，付工按200元/天扣除）。七、工程工期开工日期： 年 月 日竣工日期： 年 月 日厉行总工期共 天（其中阵雨、停料、停水、停电、机电设备检修以 小时以上工期顺延，并办理签证）、若因乙方原因超过进度计划和合同工期时、每延误一天、处罚违约金5000元。八、劳动纪律1、甲方根据劳动法有关规定，制定本单位、本项目规章制度和纪律，并通过进场三级教育、技术交底等方式明示乙方。2、乙方应严格遵守国家法律、法规和甲方规章制度和纪律，服从甲方的管理和教育，具体内容如下：、严格遵守国家法律、法规；、严格遵守甲方的规章制度和现场管理细则;、严格遵守安全、技术、操作规程，按规范作业；、服从甲方安排、管理和教育；、文明作业、保护环境；九、劳动保护和劳动条件甲方根据国家和省的有关安全生产、劳动保护、卫生保健等规定为乙方提供必要的生产、工作条件和劳动保护措施，具体内容如下：1、提供必要的劳动场所和设备；2、完善必要的安全防护措施；3、不违章指挥；乙方必须严格遵守安全生产操作规程，按规定佩戴、使用劳动防护用品，注意保护生产、安全设备设施和生产环境卫生。乙方对危及
